This past weekend, members of the ModifyHealth team were proud to join Pink Ribbon Good (PRG) at Ignite the Fight 2026 in Dayton, Ohio, alongside their many supporters. PRG serves individuals and families affected by breast and gynecological cancer, providing free meals, rides to treatment, housecleaning, and peer support. Their model is built on a simple standard: real support, right now. PRG serves clients across eight regions in the U.S., with peer support available nationally. Hearing clients share how PRG showed up for them during treatment was a highlight of the evening. It was inspiring to see so many people come together around an organization doing such meaningful work. ModifyHealth is proud to support that mission by delivering dietitian-designed, chef-crafted meals to PRG clients and their families. During treatment, having a meal arrive ready to heat and eat can take one more thing off a household’s plate. Events like Ignite the Fight show what Food as Medicine can look like at the community level. Nutrition matters, especially when life gets hardest, and it takes organizations like PRG working directly in their communities to make that support accessible. We’re proud to work alongside Pink Ribbon Good and grateful to Heather Salazar and her team for including us in such a special evening. #FoodAsMedicine #MedicallyTailoredMeals #OncologyNutrition #PinkRibbonGood #IgniteTheFight #ModifyHealth

For someone with celiac disease, “gluten-free” isn’t a trend, it’s an essential part of managing a serious medical condition. Ahead of National Celiac Disease Awareness Day on September 13, we’re recognizing the millions of people who must carefully avoid gluten to protect their health. Living with celiac disease can make something as routine as choosing a meal feel complicated. Clear information, thoughtful meal planning, and access to foods that fit individual medical needs can make a meaningful difference. At ModifyHealth, we believe nutrition support should make healthy eating easier to navigate, not harder. That's why we're committed to reducing the barriers between people and the food that keeps them well. #CeliacDiseaseAwarenessDay #CeliacDisease #GlutenFree #Nutrition #FoodAsMedicine #ModifyHealth #HealthEquity

A whole new school year, and a strong community showing up to support it. ModifyHealth was proud to join Public Health Solutions (PHS) for a back-to-school health and wellness event in Harlem/Washington Heights, NY, bringing together more than 1,000 community members and families ahead of the new school year. A few highlights from the day: 🎒 600 backpacks filled with school supplies were distributed to families. 🤝 The ModifyHealth team completed over 250 in-person, Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) screenings, helping connect eligible Medicaid members to WholeYouNYC and essential resources including food assistance, housing and utility support, transportation, and more. 🥣 ModifyHealth’s culinary team led a live healthy food demonstration, showing families how to prepare healthy, kid-friendly snacks at home. We were also honored to welcome U.S. Representative Adriano Espaillat and New York City Council Majority Leader Shaun Abreu, who visited the event and spent time connecting with attendees. We’re grateful to be part of an event that brought together health resources, nutrition education, and practical support for families, all in one place. By meeting families where they are and connecting them with resources that support their everyday needs, we can help build healthier communities. Thank you to PHS, our community partners, and everyone who helped make the day such a success. ModifyHealth was proud to participate in the Community League of the Heights (CLOTH) 74th Annual Health Festival in New York City, connecting directly with community members and helping expand access to care. Our Community Health team provided in-person Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) screenings and care navigation support for Medicaid members, identifying critical needs around care management, housing instability, nutrition insecurities, and non-medical transportation to help individuals better understand available resources and take meaningful next steps in their health journey. Events like this remind us that improving health outcomes starts with meeting people where they are, with accessible information, personalized support, and practical resources that make healthier living more achievable. Thank you to CLOTH for bringing together organizations dedicated to building a healthier, more connected community. #ModifyHealth #FoodAsMedicine #Medicaid #CommunityHealth #HealthEquity #HealthcareAccess #CLOTH

We’re proud to share that ModifyHealth will be at @Food: The Main Course to Digestive Health, taking place July 29–31 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This year marks the 10th anniversary of one of the leading GI-nutrition conferences for Registered Dietitians, hosted by Michigan Medicine, and we’re honored to be part of it. We’re especially grateful to continue supporting the University of Michigan team. Our collaboration over the years on joint research and clinical studies reflects a shared belief: when applied with clinical rigor, food is one of the most powerful tools we have to improve digestive health and patient outcomes. If you’ll be attending in person or joining virtually, connect with our team to discuss how medically tailored meals for digestive health and dietitian-led care are helping drive real, sustainable results for patients.
