🫡 We just integrated Nautilus (YC S25) with Droptop — and it's not a surface-level data pass. It's a deep, two-way connection. Car wash and oil change businesses share a parking lot but have never shared a brain. Until now. Some of my favorite use cases: → First-time lube customer gets a free wash the moment they pay for their service → Deep, rich reporting across both operations powered by Compass, our AI analytics engine → Techs know everything about the customer across all profit centers — discounts for active wash members applied automatically → Gift cards and promotions that work across both systems, accessible from a single customer portal Built by two teams that think the same way: open APIs, no walled gardens, operator-first. Anthony Cao and the Droptop team have been a partner without peer. Already live at dozens of sites. If you're running wash and lube on two separate islands, that doesn't have to be the case anymore.

🌊We're hiring at Nautilus (YC S25)!!! We're hiring Full-Stack Engineers at Nautilus — the AI-native platform for the car wash industry. 150k–280k + 0.1-1.5% equity. We're the fastest-growing tech company in car wash. The bar has historically been low — we're here to raise it. We ship software operators actually love, which is why we have the highest revenue per headcount of any team in the space. Marketing, payments, AI agents, automations, reporting, infrastructure — the problem space is massive and the codebase is modern. This is greenfield, high-ownership work. You might be a fit if: → You'd rather ship code than sit in meetings → You thrive with autonomy and project-manage your own work → You get as much dopamine from product engineering as back-end engineering → You're in SF or willing to relocate — we're in-person → You want to conquer an entire industry We hope to see you aboard🫡

How did Theo Browne, one of the most renowned and impactful engineering figures, invest in and vouch for Nautilus (YC S25), a car wash company? More than that, how did Y Combinator let in a car wash company - with no AI at the time - into the most competitive batch to date? We’re simply solving a real problem, and solving it better than anyone else in the industry. Amayr will tell you how much I obsess over the engineering. We’re a “boring” company in a “boring” industy (relative to foundational and greenfield AI companies) and are more of an engineer’s playground than nearly any other company in the batch. Every single part and portion of the industry is behind. Nothing is more ripe for innovation than the car wash industry. And we’re always looking for talented engineers. DMs are open for any applications, always :) p.s. i learned a lot of what i know from t3 well before Nautilus was even Nautilus

🚀 Nautilus Sites What good is an industry-leading purchasing experience if you have no way to purchase it? We thought the same thing... Following our Mobile App launch, the Nautilus (YC S25) team is excited to publicly launch Nautilus Sites, expanding the numerous ways customers interact with your car wash. - World-class Ecommerce Experience - Mobile optimized - Blazingly fast - Custom designed for car washes Our team spent years as website developers before diving into car wash tech. That experience matters - we've built the site platform we wished existed when we were on the development side. Here's what sets Nautilus Sites apart: - Seamlessly integrates with the entire Nautilus platform - End-to-end visibility into customer behavior - Deep insights into purchasing habits - Most importantly: more money in your pocket No more duct-taping together five different vendors. No more losing customers at checkout. No more "mobile-friendly" sites that aren't actually mobile-friendly. If you or a loved one is suffering from not having car wash technology that actually works, send them my way. Your customers are ready to buy. Nautilus makes sure they can.

Just last week, I was talking to a car wash owner who was frustrated with his online sales setup. He told me his CRM was charging him 4% on every recurring online membership sale plus an outrageous monthly fee, and on top of that, his credit card processor was hitting him with another 2.7%. 'So you're paying nearly 7% just to gain more members online?' He nodded and said it was eating into his profits every single month, but he felt stuck because he didn't know there was a better way. That's exactly why we built Nautilus (YC S25) differently. We believe car wash owners shouldn't have to choose between convenient online sales and protecting their profit margins. We earn your business by helping you grow it.

Introducing: Wash Links -> a new feature we've recently launched! This is what modern car wash analytics looks like. Don't just sent out SMS and Email blasts blindly; get insights in how they convert, why, and when. Every short-link in Nautilus is being backed from this system, always familiar to customers and easy to remember: 'washes[.]link' domain We're able to track clicks, leads, and HOW memberships convert. This is the newest way to empower operators and marketing directors from the Nautilus (YC S25) team! Thinking about making this available to everyone, not just Nautilus customers..
