    I joined NIQ in 2018 as Head of New Business Development and Client Services. Over time, my role evolved into leading the commercial team in Malaysia driving whitespace initiatives and supporting our client portfolio by delivering actionable insights that enable better decision-making. A defining moment in my journey came in 2020, when I shifted focus to lead the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment initiative for Malaysia. At the time, I was a single contributor, but I believed there was significant untapped potential in helping SMB clients succeed through data-driven decisions. As I spent more time understanding client challenges, I realized many of their struggles—especially around pricing and product offerings—reflected my own earlier experiences. By truly listening to our clients and bringing their voice into NIQ, we were able to build stronger partnerships, work with more new businesses, and within two years, triple our client base and double revenue in the SMB segment. But beyond the numbers, what stayed with me was this: You don’t need to have all the answers to begin. You just need the courage to show up especially when the path isn’t clear. What has helped me succeed is staying curious, taking ownership, and consistently focusing on what truly creates value for our clients.
