OsteoCentric Technologies is a technology development company empowering surgeons with Mechanical Integration. Mechanical Integration (MI) is a revolutionary new method of instantly securing implants to bone. This less-invasive, forward-thinking technique was developed by OsteoCentric Technologies to directly address the problem of implant instability across all orthopedic, spine, and dental surgical segments. UnifiMI is the first Mechanical Integration technology and is now available for implants across orthopedics and dental.

Heading to Nashville for AAID 2026. I’m looking forward to joining an incredible faculty for a hands-on program exploring mechanical integration and what it may mean for implant stability, load capability, and osseointegration. I’m always interested in technologies that challenge how we think and, more importantly, how we treat patients. If you’ll be at AAID, come join us Thursday morning. #AAID2026 #ImplantDentistry #DentalImplants #ContinuingEducation #MechanicalIntegration

The biggest barrier to innovation isn’t resistance to something new. It’s believing what we already have is good enough. For decades, the bone-to-implant interface has largely escaped the question. What if “good enough” is the problem? #AAID2026
Your Thursday night at #OTA2026 just got more interesting. Join OsteoCentric for an evening of hands-on demonstrations, technology conversations and time with our team and fellow trauma surgeons. Drop in when your OTA schedule allows and experience Mechanical Integration™ up close. Thursday, September 24 | 8 PM–Midnight Conveniently located just one block from the convention center. Space is limited. RSVP to join us. #OTA2026 #MechanicalIntegration #OsteoCentric #OrthopaedicTrauma
Nashville, we’re coming. At #OTA2026, we’re not showing up to have another conversation about screws. We’re showing what happens when fixation starts with preserving bone and ends with Mechanical Integration™. Come get hands-on with the technology and see the mechanics for yourself.
Five clinicians. One big question: What comes after primary and secondary stability? #AAID2026
Meet the faculty. Five clinicians. One question worth exploring: What comes after primary and secondary stability? At #AAID2026, this faculty will take that question from the didactic to the hands-on, exploring the principles of Mechanical Integration™ and the Third Pillar of Implant Stability. Course 210 | Thursday, October 1 | 8 AM–12 PM
Some work is bigger than the technology behind it. It’s about standing again. Walking into your child’s room. Going back to work. Regaining independence. Getting back a piece of the life you knew before everything changed. For veterans who sacrificed in service to our country, for patients facing cancer, and for anyone navigating devastating injury or limb loss, restoring mobility can mean restoring far more than movement. That is the mission behind OsteoCentric’s Oncology and Limb Restoration business. Today, we’re proud to announce that Jeffrey Zanni will lead that mission as President and General Manager. Jeff brings decades of orthopedic leadership and deep experience in osseointegration and advanced technologies. But this role is ultimately about something much more human: Expanding what is possible for people who have already lost enough. Welcome, Jeff. There is important work ahead. #OsteoCentric #LimbRestoration #Oncology #Veterans #MedTech #InnovationWithPurpose
Different application. Same mechanics. Mechanical Integration™ at work in spine.
ISSG 2026 did not disappoint. The OsteoCentric Spine team really enjoyed our time educating all of the surgeons (faculty and attendees) on our MIS bone preserving interface technology, UnifiMI. Though we have spine implants, it is always so rewarding to challenge the status quo of compressive based implants and focus on broadly educating on our core principles of Mechanical Integration. Special thanks to Dr. Bob Eastlack and Dr. Shay Bess for their support this year! See why all surgeons find our technology so revolutionary at www.osteocentric.com. #UnifiMI #ISSG2026 #ISSG #AdultSpinalDeformity #spinesurgery
