  • One more for the season, and we saved a good one. Jack Falahee sends off sweetgreen’s Maple Glazed Brussels launch with the same energy the dish has: warm, golden, and a little bit extra in the best way. Four days, two talents, one very well-dressed vegetable. Grateful to have been part of the creative and production alongside the Sweetgreen team. Shout out again to Julia Chesky to leading the crew to syrupy richness. Photographer, Director: Julia Chesky Producer: Victoria Shchep Line Producer: Sherwyn

Fall menu, but make it a fashion moment. sweetgreen brought in Maia Reficco to open its Maple Glazed Brussels season, because the best produce deserves a real debut. Caramelized, maple-kissed, and genuinely the most talked-about thing on the tray. Proud to have supported on creative and production for this one. Summer energy doesn’t have to cool off in September. Sometimes it just gets better dressed. Photographer, Director: Julia Chesky Producer: Victoria Shchepakina I Producer Line Producer: Sherwyn S.

  • The creative industry is figuring out AI in real time. Some are stuck. We're running it up. Tech maximalism is over. What's next is purposeful tech that scales experience. The feeling, not the spectacle. Surprise and delight at the human layer, not the firework layer. Cheering on the community learning out loud, right now. Illustrators picking up Cursor. Copywriters teaching themselves prompt craft. Strategists who can talk to a model AND to a focus group. Studios who still know that taste, cultural nuance, and lived experience are the parts that will never be automated. The tech stack is at our fingertips. The permission to start is the part nobody should be waiting on. So we're not waiting. Upskilling, running community labs, shipping cool stuff that proves the point. Today. Rosé Run is our love letter to that community. A free pixel-art runner you play right in your phone browser. Chase clout down the Croisette, grab the Golden Kitty, and run it up the Cannes Charts from anywhere. No badge, no yacht, no flight required. That's what scaling experience looks like when you build for surprise and delight instead of spectacle. It's also a giveaway. Top three on the global leaderboard at the end of festival week win mystery prizes from us. Apparel, subscriptions, the good stuff. Anyone, anywhere. Huge gratitude to our friends at Air, who are hosting the launch reel and gameplay footage and have been a creative-community home through this whole build. Their platform is where the best creative teams keep their work alive. Play now: rosérun.lol More on our thinking, in XP Land: https://lnkd.in/exUhQdn2 #rosérun #chasingclout

  • CIAOOO! We built a whole YouTube Studio inside NBC’s IBC for the Winter Olympics and we're still riding the Alysa and Eileen Gu Highhhhhs. This was the most-watched Winter Olympics since 2014 (that’s 12 years) — and getting to support the storytellers behind the broadcast was pure magic. • For #SuperBowl weekend in #SanFrancisco, we had a real challenge: how do you tell 15 years of EMPIRE’s story: artists, disruption, culture, without turning it into a history lesson on a wall? EMPIRE recently acquired ONE MONTGOMERY for their HQ in downtown SF; so we took a piece of the space over and activated a Museum that moves like culture moves. Five pillars, each one a different doorway into the same truth: access creates culture, culture creates legacy: ORIGINS started with the receipts from the early days, when the infrastructure was still being built by hand. You saw it in EMPIRE’s original founding logo, the SXSW showcase fliers that captured community in motion, and the CD Press (early manufacturing equipment) that embodies the “we’ll build the system ourselves” energy. INNOVATION was the engine room, where you see how the circle widens when you keep betting on new models. Here, we pointed to artifacts that signal real shifts: the Clio Award for “Aaliyah Is Coming”, the Aaliyah catalog box set (rights + legacy restored), and the NBA2K25 box set, a historic cross-industry moment where gaming IP gets licensed to a music label. ARTISTS & IMPACT was where it hit the heart. Wins that felt personal and massive. We highlighted moments like Shaboozey’s People’s Choice Country Awards, Young Dolph’s commemorative painting, and the Mozzy Records chain, objects that hold weight because they’re tied to real lives, real communities, real scale. GLOBAL IMPACT stretched the story across borders while keeping the roots intact. This pillar carried global receipts: original cover art from Fireboy DML’s “Peru”, the Asake x Olamide GRAMMY nomination certificate, and the custom Olamide/YBNL record player, a symbol of building infrastructure, not just hits. BAY AREA was the home frequency. The center of gravity, we grounded this room with the Bay Area artist scrim wall, the Bay map scrim wall, and the listening stations with Bang & Olufsen, so people could literally hear the place that shaped the spirit. And then there’s the part that still feels unreal: we pulled it together at full speed, museum-grade finish, no shortcuts, because legacy deserves craft. The images will walk you through it. • This one felt different. Activating in the Bay with EMPIRE during one of the biggest cultural weekends in the world was craaaaaaaaazy. It wasn’t because of the scale, but because of the why… samesquad, samesquad, samesquad. Fifteen years of EMPIRE showed up in that space. You could see it in the crowd: rising music execs, aspiring artists, fans, and icons all moving through the museum together. P-lo. TOO$HORT. E-40. Shaboozy. Fat Joe. 2 Chainz. Larry June. MC ABDUL. LARUSSELL. People came to celebrate a brand that’s been putting artists first long before it was buzzwordville. Behind the scenes, the team made it real. Install days that demanded trust and flexibility. JMP was delivering world-class execution. Partners like Levi Strauss & Co. and Nike Jordan brought real respect for the culture and the moment. It truly felt like a full-circle moment: Bay Area roots, global impact, and a community that showed up with support.
