We are excited to announce the launch of the Fall 2026 Amazon Affordable Housing Bridge Program powered by Project Destined. This week, we welcome 40+ students from 10+ colleges and universities for a front-row seat to affordable housing including the role Amazon and its partners play across the Puget Sound, National Capital, and Nashville regions. Through interactive speaker sessions, sector-specific technical training, and in-person site visits, participants will build practical skills and confidence while exploring early career pathways in affordable housing. 🚀 Now Launching: Bond Fundamentals Workshop Project Destined is launching the Bond Fundamentals Workshop, a practical, plain-language foundation in how bond markets actually work. Participants will: ✔️ Learn How a Bond Is Priced: Learn how cash flows, yield, and price fit together, and why a bond trades above or below par ✔️ Understand Interest Rate Risk: Learn why two bonds can react very differently to the same move in interest rates ✔️ Speak the Language: Learn the vocabulary that credit research, capital markets, and portfolio roles expect on day one Over three sessions, students learn how to value a bond, how to measure its sensitivity to rate changes through duration and convexity, and how to read repayment risk straight from the price.
