Robbins Resource Management

October brings more milestones worth celebrating. Happy Birthday to our team members celebrating this month and congratulations on another year of dedication and hard work.

AI isn't taking care of this one. 😄 Wood pallets built from scratch. Plastic pallets repaired and back in service. Hands on. Every single day. Mindful Monday. The words "I can't afford it" shut the door completely. The question "how can I afford it" opens one. Same situation. Completely different outcome. The way you talk about money is shaping your relationship with it whether you realize it or not. Change the language. Change the outcome. Have an incredible week. 💪 #MindfulMonday #MoneyMindset #Mindset #PersonalGrowth #Leadership

This building has been standing on the square for over 170 years. 🏛️ And every time we walk through it, we're reminded how far things have come. Take the walls, for example. Behind the plaster is wood lath: thin strips of wood nailed up row by row. The plaster pressed onto it was mixed with horse and cow hair to hold it all together. No shortcuts. Just patience, hard work, and apparently a few very helpful animals. 🐴🐄 And that pile of brick? It came out of walls four layers thick. That's how deep we had to go to make room for the new windows. Somewhere along the way, someone even left us a little advice on the door trim: "Cover up mistakes." 😂 Don't worry, we're not covering anything up. We're bringing it all back to life, one layer at a time. Looking for space? We've got it. 📞 (309) 734-8817 📍 94/96 Public Square | Monmouth, IL #Monmouth #MonmouthIL #94PublicSquare #HistoricBuilding #BuildingRenovation #PreserveHistory #RobbinsResourceManagement #MonmouthHistory #TheyDontBuildEmLikeThisAnymore

Mindful Monday. Not everyone who seems like they have it hard actually does. Some people are just really committed to the narrative. 😄 Who you spend your time with shapes who you become — more than most people realize. Protect your energy like it's a limited resource. Because it is. Choose wisely. Have an incredible week. 💪 #MindfulMonday #Mindset #ProtectYourEnergy #PersonalGrowth #Leadership

Thank you so much to the Monmouth Old Home Association for coming out to tour 94/96 Public Square! 🏛️ It was so much fun walking through with people who actually have stories, theories, and memories tied to this building. You even helped us solve a few mysteries! This is exactly why we do what we do. Wondering what's going on at any of our buildings? Reach out! We'd love to show you around. 📞 (309) 734-8817 📍 94/96 Public Square | Monmouth, IL #Monmouth #MonmouthIL #94PublicSquare #MonmouthOldHomeAssociation #HistoricBuilding #RobbinsResourceManagement #MonmouthHistory

There's something that never gets old about walking through a building like this. 🏛️ Every room raises a question. What was here? Who walked these halls? What decisions were made, what conversations happened, what memories were built inside these walls? 94/96 Public Square has layers — literally and figuratively. And every time we peel one back we find something that reminds us exactly why we do this. We save buildings because they matter. Because history matters. Because a community that forgets where it came from has a hard time knowing where it's going. This one isn't done telling its story yet. 👀 And if you're looking for space — we've got it. 📞 (309) 734-8817 📍 94/96 Public Square | Monmouth, IL #Monmouth #MonmouthIL #94PublicSquare #HistoricBuilding #BuildingRenovation #PreserveHistory #RobbinsResourceManagement #SpaceAvailable #MonmouthHistory
