Expertise isn’t something you claim. It’s something you demonstrate. Last week at the Partner Success Meeting during the Oracle Health and Life Sciences Summit, S&P Consultants was recognized by Eric Maikranz for achieving Oracle Expertise across four Oracle Health solutions: 🔹 Behavioral Health Clinic 🔹 Charge Services 🔹 Registration 🔹 Scheduling Oracle Expertise recognizes partners who have demonstrated #certified knowledge and expertise within specific solutions. For S&P, this recognition reflects something central to how we serve our clients: #investing in our people so they are prepared to deliver with #confidence, #expertise, and #impact. Complex EHR #transformation requires more than technology knowledge. It requires experienced consultants who understand the work, the workflows, and what it takes to move an organization forward. That is The S&P Way. We thank our team who led the charge on these initial certifications! Stay tuned for our Certified Consultant Spotlights as we celebrate the team at the heart of the work! #peoplematter LeAnn Siebert Patience Mozee, MPH G. On September 26, Lawton Service Unit officially transitioned to the new electronic health record (EHR) solution, PATH EHR. This milestone reflects years of careful preparation and was made possible by the shared commitment of our PATH and Lawton teams. We are deeply grateful to everyone who helped bring this effort to fruition. Together, we are moving forward as One Team, One PATH EHR. While in California for this week’s Secretary’s Tribal Advisory Committee and Direct Service Tribes Advisory Committee meetings, Mark Cruz was ceremonially sworn in by U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kennedy as the 12th director of the Indian Health Service. Family, friends, and Tribal leaders joined the ceremony to mark this important moment in his service to American Indian and Alaska Native communities. “Together, we have an opportunity to measurably improve health outcomes, reduce health disparities, and build a stronger future for American Indian and Alaska Native communities,” said Cruz following his Senate confirmation in August. “I am committed to leading with integrity, transparency, and collaboration. My door will be open, my focus will remain on serving our patients and communities, and I will work every day to improve IHS. Thank you for the opportunity to serve. I look forward to the work ahead and to all that we will accomplish together.”

Preparing for PATH EHR has been a team effort. The IHS Division of Health Information Technology Modernization and Operations and the Lawton Service Unit have spent the last year learning the new EHR solution and getting ready for the transition. Together, PATH EHR will Go-Live to serve patients better at Lawton Indian Hospital, Anadarko Indian Health Clinic, and Carnegie Indian Health Clinic in Oklahoma. It’s the final day of the Oracle Health and Life Sciences Summit, and we’re making the most of every minute. #OHLSS26 You might even find our President, Zach, testing his skills in the Oracle Red Bull Racing simulator. But when you stop by, let’s talk about something even more complex than navigating a racetrack: #healthcaretransformation. One of our hot takes from the week: Successful transformation requires the right technology, certainly. But it also requires #strategy, experienced people, strong #execution, and the ability to navigate #complexity without losing sight of the people the technology is ultimately meant to serve. If you’re at the Summit today, come find the S&P Consultants team near the Oracle Red Bull simulator area at Booth 22. Let’s talk about what you’re working through, where things are getting complicated, and how we can help move transformation forward. And yes, you can absolutely give Zach a hard time about his lap time! Julie Allyson (Weidemier) Zachariah (Zach) Johnson Mark Summers Andrew R Splitz Angelina Casazza

Arrived ahead of time for the Oracle Health & Life Sciences Summit, and now I’m just waiting for the rest of our crew to get here! There’s something I love about arriving early. A little time to settle in, take it all in, and appreciate the opportunity to be in rooms where ideas are being shared, relationships are being strengthened, and healthcare continues to evolve. For now, I’ll enjoy the quiet before everyone arrives. Then, let’s see where the next few days take us. Attending? Come visit us right near the Oracle Red Bull Simulator! S&P Consultants, Inc.

The first two days of #TribalNet have been a great reminder that the best healthcare technology programs are never really about technology. They're about people. Yesterday, I attended a presentation by Donnie Parish on the PATH EHR program for the Indian Health Service. What resonated with me most is that this effort is about much more than implementing a new electronic health record. It's about bringing together traditional healing practices and modern technology in a way that respects culture, supports providers, and uses data to help improve care and outcomes across Tribal communities. Honestly, this is exactly why we joined the team. Last night, we traded conference rooms for cowboy hats, shared stories, built relationships, laughed a lot, and had a chance to "cowboy up." It was a good reminder that the success of any transformation effort starts with trust, relationships, and shared purpose. We often get caught up in the systems, interfaces, and deployment details, but real change happens when people believe in the mission and each other. Today, I'm looking forward to hearing IHS CIO Mitch Thornbrugh discuss the PATH EHR journey and the vision for bringing modern, connected healthcare technology to Indian Country. The scope of this effort is significant, but what matters most is the impact. Empowering caregivers, supporting communities, and creating better health outcomes for generations to come. Technology doesn't transform healthcare. People do. Technology simply helps them do it better. Honored to be learning from leaders who are helping shape the future of healthcare across Tribal communities and proud that S&P Consultants, Inc. is part of the journey. #TribalNet #IHS #PATHEHR #HealthcareIT #HealthIT #DigitalTransformation #HealthcareInnovation #TribalHealth #HealthcareTransformation #Leadership #SPConsultants
