The CRREM Excel Tool retires July 1st. If you're still figuring out where your pathways live after that, you're not alone. Most teams are running CRREM in isolation, a spreadsheet here, an export there, disconnected from the data that actually drives decisions. Reflecting pathways across your portfolio doesn't have to be complicated. As an official licensed CRREM partner, Scaler can help with the following: ✅ Pathways connected to your actual data. Energy consumption, GHG emissions, mitigation measures, all linked to your CRREM pathways in one place. See exactly where your assets sit against the decarbonization trajectory. ✅ One view for the whole organization. Asset managers, fund directors, and investment committees working from the same roadmap. Not five versions of the same spreadsheet. ✅ Traceable from day one. Every assumption and pathway calculation is logged. When regulators or investors ask, the answer is already there. If you need a clean, auditable way to reflect CRREM and track GHG performance across your portfolio this is what Scaler's Roadmap feature is built for. Last week, Paul Wall, Emily Welch, and Luc van de Boom attended Green Building Council of Australia's TRANSFORM 2026 conference in Sydney. 🇦🇺 The signal was unmistakable. Sustainability in the built environment is no longer directional. It's operational. A few things that stood out: 1. Tools like CRREM are actively directing capital toward climate-aligned assets. 2. Arup's Melbourne office demonstrated ~A$868K/year in measurable value from a human-centred, Green Star-rated fitout. 3. Nhood showed that 25% more vegetation in retail drives 20% higher footfall. Sustainability pays. The industry is moving, and the message we kept hearing was clear. It starts with individual projects. With the decisions made on the ground, the conversations had with clients, and the compromises that get refused. Australia continues to lead on data quality, net-zero commitments, and transparency. It's a market that sets the benchmark, not just meets it. Proud to have our team on the ground and part of the conversation. 📣

The Scaler team had an amazing week in Sydney for the Green Building Council of Australia’s 2026 Transform conference. We had the opportunity to catch up with friends and peers in the industry over a St. Patrick’s Day lunch, along with attending many other insightful dinners and events. It was great to hear more from industry leaders, spend some quality time with my international colleagues Luc van de Boom and Paul Wall, explore Sydney, and even go sailing in the harbor (courtesy of Emma Thomas)! Thank you to all our friends down under for a great time🦘🇦🇺

Great to have my Scaler colleagues Luc van de Boom and Emily Welch join us at the Transform Conference in Sydney last week. In the lead‑up, we hosted a St Patrick’s Day lunch that brought together our clients and industry friends — and while Luc is practically a local these days, it was fantastic to see Emily meeting everyone in person after years of incredible support online. Our local hospitality was certainly on show, with Emily scoring an invite for a sailing session on Sydney Harbour, and Luc catching a Sydney Roosters game and even a harbour boat ride thanks to our amazing network. A great week of connection, collaboration, and celebrating the results we’re creating together.

Most reporting platforms weren't built for real estate. And the gaps show up fast. Teams are still running frameworks separately, copying data manually between spreadsheets, and spending weeks going back and forth with auditors on submissions that should have been straightforward. Scaler consolidates everything into one dataset. Data collection is automated end-to-end, reports across multiple frameworks generate in a single click, and every submission comes with a full audit trail you can stand behind. Clean, validated data from day one!

Great week in Sydney! We had the chance to meet with clients, partners and prospects over lunch/meetings, and attended the always amazing Green Building Council of Australia Transform conference, where the focus on nature and community in the built environment stood out. It’s a perspective other parts of the world can learn a lot from. Above all, it was great to spend quality time with Emily and Paul, and enjoy a bit of what Sydney has to offer along the way. Looking forward to the next one.

If the data isn’t right, the decisions won’t be either. That’s the foundation of the Scaler × nanoGrid partnership. Together, we connect live meter data directly into Scaler’s data platform, removing manual processes, closing data gaps, and creating a single, auditable source of truth. No more spreadsheet handovers between metering infrastructure and reporting. Just reliable, real-time data across every asset in your portfolio. Because better data doesn’t just improve reporting, it enables better financial and operational decisions. We’ve published a full breakdown of what this integration delivers for multi-site portfolios: https://lnkd.in/eFRDWVeR
