  • We’re excited to share that our fourth franchise location has been signed, operating in Sugar Land, TX, just outside Houston. We’re thrilled to announce father-son franchisee owners, Steven Marullo and Logan Marullo are officially joining the Service Experts team! Steve is a Texas-based Navy veteran and high-energy entrepreneur who gained early HVAC experience in the military. He has a proven track record of success in service to our country, corporate roles, and business ownership. He currently owns and operates an industrial hose franchise in Houston, Texas. His son, Logan, previously held sales and operations roles at Dell Technologies and now works alongside him, gaining comprehensive experience in the family business. As Operations Manager, Logan is focused on driving continued growth in the current business while supporting expansion into new industries.     We’re off to a strong start in 2026 at Service Experts, carrying forward the momentum from a record finish to last year. Our focus on profitable growth, operational discipline, and enterprise alignment is translating into real progress. In Q1, we delivered 16% EBITDA growth year over year culminating in record enterprise profitability for Q1—a meaningful signal that our strategy is working. We’re also seeing encouraging traction across the business: • Our first national brand campaign, Leave it to the Experts, reached more than 69 million households and continues to build awareness at scale • Our sales team is delivering strong year-over-year results with conversions +2%, average ticket +11%, and sales efficiency +29% • Advantage leasing continues to be the consumer product of choice with more than 50% of new equipment installs on our Advantage lease program • Our franchise platform is expanding, including our first greenfield location in Fulshear, Texas • Strategic partnerships, including HomeServe USA, continue to deliver consistent value, and we’ve just raised our annual revenue target for this program +25% based on Q1 results Most importantly, the investments we’ve made in our people, leadership, and operational foundation are strengthening execution across the company.
