Working in a remote environment is something our team truly values. Flexibility, autonomy and global collaboration are part of our daily routine. But being remote doesn’t mean being distant... We launched our “Coffee Talks” initiative across the Americas to strengthen connections within our One Team. Continuing our Women’s Month initiative at Software Mind, we hosted another inspiring webinar in Honduras, connecting our Software Minders with students from Instituto Gubernamental Tecnológico de Administración de Empresas - INTAE, a local technical school focused on careers in business and technology. The session featured our Software Minders Alexa Nunez, Genessis J. and Laura Gonzalez who shared their career journeys, challenges, and lessons learned in the tech industry. The goal was to spotlight the voices and experiences of women in technology and inspire the next generation. The conversation sparked curiosity and questions from the students, making it a truly meaningful exchange. #WomensDay #WomenInTech #Diversity #Inclusion #SocialImpact 

March is globally dedicated to celebrating women – their achievements, resilience and impact across industries. At Software Mind, we turn celebration into action. This week, we hosted a special webinar with students from ETEC São Paulo, a public technical school in São Paulo, Brazil, for people enrolled in the IT technical program. Our goal was to honor the women in our company by bringing them to the stage and showing students the impact women are making in technology today. The focus was to highlight the journeys and voices of women who are shaping the tech industry. The session was led by our Software Minders – Ariel Bandeira, Andressa Belém, and Victoria Ventura – who shared their career paths, challenges, lessons learned and what motivates them to grow in tech. The exchange was inspiring. Students asked thoughtful questions, showed genuine curiosity and engaged in a meaningful conversation about careers, opportunities and representation in technology.
