From in-store cafés serving specialty coffee at select Tampa Bay/Southwest Florida, Arizona and Southern California locations to packaged signature blends and cold brew cans on our shelves, there are plenty of ways to enjoy some truly delicious brews. Today, Sprouts Farmers Market announced President and Chief Operating Officer Nick Konat has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, effective January 4, 2027. Jack Sinclair, who has served as CEO since 2019, will transition to the role Executive Chairman. Jack and the Board have spent significant time and consideration developing the succession plan and believe that now is the right time to transition given their tremendous confidence in Nick and his ability to move our business forward. Jack has worked closely with Nick since he joined Sprouts in 2022 and seen firsthand his talent, drive and strong dedication to our people. Nick played a central role in executing the Sprouts strategy and Sprouts is confident in his ability to lead the company to new heights. Jack looks forward to supporting Nick during the transition period. Across Sprouts, we remain focused on expanding into new markets, strengthening our connection with customers, delivering for our team members and creating long-term value for shareholders, all while staying true to our purpose to help people live and eat better.
