The audience sees a window of the experience that we as baristas get. This week, Starbucks welcomed partners from across Latin America and the Caribbean to Costa Rica for the 11th annual #LACBaristaChampionship, bringing together champions from more than 20 markets to celebrate coffee knowledge, craftsmanship, creativity, and connection. As part of the experience, partners visited Hacienda Alsacia Starbucks Coffee Farm, where they deepened their understanding of coffee's journey from seed to cup and connected with Starbucks coffee heritage. 🏆Congratulations to Juan José from Starbucks Colombia, who was named the 2026 LAC Barista Champion, and to Daniel from Guatemala and Milka from Honduras for their exceptional performances.
