  • Yesterday evening, the Office of Administration hosted the graduation ceremony for Classes 16 and 17 from the Missouri Leadership Academy. Participants were selected across all executive departments and elected offices to strengthen their leadership skills and enhance public service. This year's months-long curriculum focused on government efficiency and innovation, constituent services, fiscal stewardship, and resource optimization. A key highlight was the development of capstone projects aligned with Governor Kehoe's MO GREAT priorities (Missouri Government Responsibility, Efficiency, Accountability, Transformation). Congratulations to all graduates, we're proud of your achievements and look forward to your continued growth and impact throughout the State of Missouri!
