I’m from NYC and a Knicks fan. But after seeing what the Milwaukee Bucks have done with Stensul and AI, I switched allegiance. The Bucks connected their AI agents to our Stensul harness over MCP to build emails. This is a really powerful way our customers are turning email and landing page production into a growth weapon -- more campaigns, more personal, bigger scale, without having production costs go up. AI as a giant slop cannon is honestly just depressing. AI as a way to get closer to each one of your customers, to elevate them and your brand -- that's what we are building at Stensul. Shout out to the Bucks and Justin Price -- thank you for your creativity and partnership.

Creating a thousand personalized versions of one campaign? AI made that easy. Getting every one of them reviewed, approved, and into market? That's still where most enterprise teams get stuck. Our August release is built for that: Segment Sets for reusable personalization logic, Stacked PDFs for one-file approval, and Segment Management for controlling it all at scale. Plus, enhanced accessibility checks in our Builder and through Stensul MCP, and a new MCP connection for Microsoft 365 Copilot. More on what shipped →  https://lnkd.in/g_ditZhW

I feel like we're genuinely turning the corner, where the discussions about AI in marketing and martech are much more about infrastructure and governance than the coolest frontier possibility of the week. Which is *great* — because these are the structural foundations that actually make those amazing AI magic tricks effective and productive in the real world. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini — they all give people superpowers. But in most cases, people have been using those superpowers in single-player mode. Organizations don't work as a collection of hundreds of individuals all operating in single-player mode though. The whole point of the organization is to serve as a coordinating mechanism, writ large, for the real multi-player game that all businessses play. Which is is why I am *very much* looking forward to a lively discussion this Thursday with Ken Madsen, Alex Alzate, and Angie Weyman about the governance layer required to convert those single-player superpowers into a multi-player winning team. Think of it as how to be the Spainish World Cup team of content and customer marketing. 🇪🇸 😀 Hope you'll join us this Thursday, July 23, at 2pm ET. It'll be both educational and fun, I promise! https://lnkd.in/gp6nsvD9

  • Every enterprise creation stack has the same flaw: it's built to make content, not to make content safe to ship. That's the draft factory — create now, govern later, then rebuild when something breaks. AI didn't cause that cycle. It just made it faster and the stakes higher. On July 23, Scott Brinker (the "Godfather of Martech," Martech Analyst & Advisor at chiefmartec), Ken Madsen (Chief Marketing Technologist, Ascendis), and Alex Alzate (Director, Marketing Systems and Production, Quest Diagnostics) join Stensul's Angie Weyman to talk about the governance layer missing from modern martech — the controls that sit between "AI made this" and "this is live." In today's AI-era, "can we make it?" isn't the question. "Should we ship it?" is. AI multiplied the volume of content enterprise marketing teams create. Getting that content approved and live is still the hard part. Today we announced new integrations with Figma, WRITER, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next — plus AI email creation from briefs, built-in email previews, and expanded personalization controls. Governed Creation™ now reaches more of where creation actually happens. Full announcement: https://lnkd.in/euwabqYy

  • For a long time, regulatory enforcement was reactive. A complaint comes in, a review gets triggered, a letter goes out. Teams could operate in that gap. That gap is closing. The FDA used AI tools to proactively scan channels and sent 200+ enforcement letters in a single month. The FTC has a dedicated AI enforcement unit. The SEC is actively examining whether AI claims in marketing materials can be substantiated. When regulators can find violations before anyone complains, governance can't be something you layer on at the end. It has to be in the process from the start. We broke down what four major regulators are actually doing — and what it means for enterprise marketing teams: https://lnkd.in/g4MF_2JC

  • After a major reorganization, Xylem's segment-specific marketing teams suddenly owned their own campaigns — without the technical depth or infrastructure to support them. The old centralized model stopped working overnight. In the first year with Stensul, they created 600+ emails and landing pages, exceeded campaign goals across the board, and built a waitlist of marketers wanting access. • We're hiring! Calling all AEs and AMs! DM me if you're interested. AEs: https://lnkd.in/g8XdZ7Sj AMs: https://lnkd.in/gU8ym49W

We’re hiring for enterprise AE and AM roles at Stensul. AI has created a new problem for marketing leaders: turning AI output into work that actually reaches customers. I joined Stensul in May because this is becoming one of the defining challenges for enterprise marketing. CMOs approved the AI spend. They bought tools and tokens. Now they need to answer a harder question: How do we turn all of this activity into business impact — without losing control? That’s where many teams are stuck. More experiments, more drafts, more activity…but not enough market-ready work going live. Stensul helps enterprise marketing teams ship with AI, without losing control. We serve leading banks, healthcare firms, and pharma companies, as well as iconic brands like BlackRock, Cisco, Equifax, Siemens, and Thomson Reuters. After we opened access to the Stensul MCP Server earlier this month, we saw a surge of interest in connecting AI tools and agents directly into our Governed Creation platform. AI expands what people, tools, and agents can create. Stensul governs what’s ready to ship. We’re hiring for exceptional AE and AM talent who want to shape how the world’s leading marketing teams work in the AI era. Links are in the comments.

  • Is it really possible to govern an AI agent? It depends on what it's connected to. An agent building email through Stensul's MCP Server works inside the same guardrails a human does — pre-approved templates, encoded brand rules, automatic accessibility checks, built-in approvals. The governance travels with the work. That's what makes AI output actually shippable. Our latest blog dives into what governance for AI agents means in practice: https://lnkd.in/etRG8a8E
