Hyper builds agentic AI for 911 call centers — autonomously handling non-emergency calls so understaffed dispatchers can focus on the emergencies that require human judgment, empathy, and critical thinking. Many U.S. public safety answering points are staffed at only 75%. Non-emergency calls can represent more than two-thirds of total volume. Hyper's agents reclaim that capacity — and are designed to recognize when a situation escalates, immediately routing to a human specialist. This is what we mean when we talk about the shift from software to agents. Not a dashboard. Not an analytics layer. An autonomous system that does the work. Service as software, not software as service. A few things we learned backing this company. When we first met Ben Sanders, he wasn't pitching a product. He was describing a problem that shouldn't exist — 911 centers drowning in non-emergency calls while real emergencies wait in line. Ben's conviction was that agents could do the work, not just monitor it. That stuck with us. What made Ben exceptional was the clarity. He never wavered on the mission.
