A HUGE thank you to Forsythia Florals for making our Sunshine Keeper Luncheon magical! ✨🌻 The arrangements were truly show-stopping, but what makes this donation even more special is the generosity behind it. As a small, locally owned Austin florist, choosing to give back in this way is no small thing! Amy at Forsythia Florals generously shared her time, talent, and resources to support our mission and the kids and families we serve. We LOVE seeing local businesses show up for their community, and we are so grateful to have Forsythia Florals in our corner! If you're planning a wedding, event, or special occasion, please keep this amazing team in mind! They are incredibly talented, and we hope you'll show them the same love they've shown Austin Sunshine Camps!

A big thank you goes out to our title sponsor for the Sunshine Keeper Luncheon, Hembree Bell Law, PLLC! Hembree Bell not only supports us financially through opportunities like this one, they also take the time to volunteer and get as hands-on as they can be for our campers. Hannah Hembree Bell and her whole team have poured their hearts into ASC, and we are so proud to have them involved. 🫂 We are so thankful to receive such invaluable year round support from a business that truly cares about sending the kids in our community to camp! Thank you, Hannah and Hembree Bell Law, for helping make the Sunshine Keeper Luncheon such a success, and for being the biggest ASC advocates! ☀️

With almost 200 attendees, the 5th annual Sunshine Keeper Luncheon, presented by Hembree Bell Law, PLLC, was an absolute success! From the help of our hosts, supporters, and sponsors, we were able to introduce so many new faces to the magic of Austin Sunshine Camps. Not only did our community grow, we were able to sustain enough support for at least 50 kids to be able to enjoy the magic of overnight camp without the barrier of cost each year! Funding for 50+ kids, year after year, because our community said YES! We couldn’t be more thankful! A special thank you to our guest speaker, Maritza Lopez, for sharing her camp story, which frankly- is nothing short of inspiring. We hope everyone who attended felt the impact of their contributions firsthand, met someone new, and had some camp fun. Thank you all for coming! ☀️

The last few weeks our programs team has been busy conducting interviews for our Counselors in Training, aka CITs! Once our campers have turned 16, they can see the other side of camp and apply for a job with us. The goal of this program is to create a path for former campers to become seasonal staff when they turn 18, and to continue to cultivate the relationship built through their years at camp.

A huge thank you to BUILT National for bringing us out to their Multi-Housing Summit! ASC is so honored to receive this beautiful piece of artwork inspired by the city we aim to serve. We can't wait to get it hanging in Zilker Lodge for all of our campers and visitors to see!🎨
At the 2026 BUILT National Multi-Housing Summit, we brought one of our core design beliefs to life: great spaces should feel connected to the surrounding communities and cultures. Throughout the day, a custom artwork inspired by Austin’s local character took shape, reflecting the same sense of place we strive to bring to every project. Now, the finished piece will continue making an impact through a donation to Austin Sunshine Camps, which provides free summer camp experiences for youth from low-income families. We’re grateful to have been part of an experience that celebrated Austin, creativity, and community. #AustinSunshineCamps #BUILTMHS

Year after year, Tc4 & Co Hospitality goes above and beyond for our seasonal staff, and we can't say thank you enough! After each camp session, TC4 generously donates pizza and burgers to help refuel our counselors after days spent pouring so much energy into our campers. We are incredibly grateful for this ongoing community partnership and for the way TC4 continues to support the people who make camp possible. Thank you for taking care of our team and being such a great partner to Austin Sunshine Camps!🌞
