We're looking for an analytical powerhouse who can be the heartbeat of our Operations function and keep Sweet Loren's running like a well-oiled (cookie dough) machine 🍪⚙️ This role is for someone who lives and breathes data, thrives on cross-functional collaboration and knows how to turn forecasts and inventory strategy into flawless execution. You'll own demand and supply planning end-to-end, leading S&OP, forecasting, production planning and supplier coordination, while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to keep the # 1 natural cookie dough in the US flying off shelves at 20,000+ locations nationwide. Getting face time with the people who help bring Sweet Loren's to shelves (and kitchens) across the country never gets old. We sampled our fan-favorite cookie dough flavors, limited-batch Pumpkin Spice cookies, puff pastry and the ✨viral✨ 2-ingredient cobbler hack! Moments of connections like this are a great reminder of why we do what we do: real ingredients, genuine relationships and a team that shows up ready to make it happen. Our team has grown to nearly 40 people, the largest it's ever been, and we've spent the last year growing our lineup too, with brand-new scones and oatmeal bars joining the Sweet Loren's family. Our R&D team usually spend their days perfecting recipes, but last month, they spent a day mentoring the next generation of cookie entrepreneurs. 🧑🔬🍪 We hosted a group of 3rd–6th graders at our R&D lab within CSU Spur for the inaugural Leader Launch by Institute for Institute for Entrepreneurship (I4E) I CSU College of Business’ Rising Leaders Test Kitchen! Students got their creative juices flowing and designed unique cookies they wished they saw in the market. They had all of their bases covered: everything from tasty inclusions to unique shapes. They even pitched them to the room using a real business model framework! Thank you for the partnership, I4E! 🐏 Our team was so impressed with the creativity, maturity, ambition and potential of these future entrepreneurial leaders. We love being part of the Colorado State University community and doing what we can to contribute to a bright future of entrepreneurship and innovation! 🫶
