Today, we shared that the new feature is available as a pilot from 27 Jul 2026 to 27 Jan 2027, enabling eligible users to generate personalised 7-day exercise plans designed to support their health goals through their Health Plan. Health Plan AI beta was built through a partnership with healthcare professionals and the Health Promotion Board, and follows the Singapore Physical Activity Guidelines.  Other key facts:  • Available to Healthier SG (HSG) enrollees aged 40–64 with no chronic conditions and who have developed their Health Plan with HSG doctors.  • Exercise recommendations generated by Health Plan AI beta are tailored to the individual’s HSG Health Plan, profile and personal preferences.     By using tech to support preventive care, we encourage residents to take early action and decisive action for better health. Humbled to share that our Data Science & AI team, in collaboration with the Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, received the Third Place Best Poster Award for Synseh – an AI-powered TCM tongue diagnosis application – at the 14th Annual Meeting of the Good Practice in Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Association. Placing third out of 130 submissions internationally, Synseh combines computer vision and AI to assess body constitution through TCM tongue diagnosis, delivering personalised wellness recommendations from home. The conference is a leading international platform for advancing evidence-based TCM, integrative medicine, and cross-disciplinary research. This year's theme, "Bridging East and West: Global Collaboration in Integrative Medicine", brought together researchers, clinicians, industry practitioners, and regulators from more than 17 countries to discuss the future of TCM research, clinical applications, regulatory science, and AI-enabled innovations. Congratulations once again to the Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and our Data Science & AI team in advancing this new frontier in traditional, complementary and integrative Medicine! Glad to have our Chief Data Officer & Director, Data AI & Innovation, Andy Ta, taking the stage at the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Healthcare Day to share Synapxe’s perspective on what it takes to engineer real clinical impact from AI. Some key takeaways: - Human + AI is the winning paradigm. The goal is to combine deep clinical knowledge with trusted AI capabilities, underpinned by strong governance and shared platforms. - Technology alone is never enough. Lasting impact comes through collaboration between clinicians, engineers and operators, continuous iteration, and trusted partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. - The next frontier is agentic AI. We are moving beyond AI assistants that answer questions to coordinated AI agents that can execute governed workflows, helping healthcare teams work more effectively while keeping humans firmly in control.
