The new TEAL HQ welcomed its first real crowd yesterday evening: our team and the people behind them.   Thank you to every partner, kid, plus-one, investor, and board member who joined us in downtown Kirkland to celebrate. We're looking forward to what we'll build here.

Solar arrays, battery storage, EV chargers. They're built to run on their own, often out where nobody checks on them much. And most of them are counting on one carrier having solid coverage at that exact spot.   When it doesn't, someone's driving out to swap a SIM.   TEAL gives each device the ability to switch to another available network, so you're not stuck with whatever carrier you picked on day one. Our co-founder and CEO Robert Hamblet joined the Dawn of Autonomy podcast (Dawn Zoldi) to make the case that connectivity isn't a supporting utility for BVLOS drone operations. It's the infrastructure that decides whether autonomy works at all. A drone flying beyond visual line of sight depends on a continuous link for command and control, telemetry, GPS and video. Tie that link to one carrier and one coverage map, and a gap in the map becomes a limit on the mission. Programmable connectivity removes that constraint: install a reprogrammable chip, switch carriers from a portal, and fail over to a second or third network in real time when throughput drops. The TEAL team showed up in force at Commercial UAV News Expo! We connected with folks across every corner of the drone industry, and the reaction was consistent: once we explained what TEAL actually does, the response was almost always "wait, that's interesting, can we grab time after this?" Great signal, even better conversations. More to come.
