We are proud to celebrate a new strategic partnership that brings Western Craftsmanship and Radical Hospitality to one of North America’s most iconic retailers: Bass Pro Shops. Bass Pro Shops is an iconic brand with a deep understanding of what it means to be a true brand steward. They share our love for the West, a commitment to quality, and a belief that every customer deserves something extraordinary. We kicked off the partnership this summer by bringing Tecovas' premium Western products to Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s locations across North America, and celebrated our first Shop-in-Shop opening at Bass Pro Shop in Springfield. We can’t wait to extend the same Radical Hospitality that has defined Tecovas from day one, to this new audience of outdoor enthusiasts.

That's a wrap on Year 3 of the Tecovas Summer Internship Program! Thirteen interns joined us at HQ this summer, taking on meaningful projects, bringing fresh perspectives to long-standing challenges, and asking the kind of questions that pushed us to rethink how we do things. Seven of them joined us directly from our retail fleet. They brought deep product knowledge and real customer insight, diving into new teams and driving real impact. Watching them develop their careers from the sales floor to the projects that shape our future is truly one of the most rewarding parts of this program. The interns closed out the summer by presenting their final projects to the entire Tecovas team, and proved just how much you can accomplish in a few months when you're trusted with real work and supported along the way. To our interns: Annabelle Reasons, Brady Fritts, Kathryn Peterson, Mila Pérez, Erik George, MA, Ximena Fuentes, Amelie Erickson, Ramsey Hutton, Jordan Wiktor, Cora Kangas, Kyle Ward, William Gum, Thomas Warren —thank you for the curiosity, care, and hard work you brought to Tecovas this summer. We're proud of what you built here, and we'll be cheering you on wherever you go next!

Big congratulations to Jay Rupani for showing us what True Grit looks like at Tecovas. Jay doesn't just solve problems—he challenges the status quo and looks for better ways of working. From navigating industry challenges to rethinking our product calendar, his focus on continuous improvement has created lasting impact across the business and given our teams more room to tell better stories. He leads with energy, embraces change, and reminds us that grit and fun can go hand in hand. Congrats, Jay! 🤠

This week, we introduced another first for Tecovas: a collection of boots and accessories made from invasive Burmese python. Through this collection, we are proud to support authorized hunters, removal partners, and specialists working to address the impact of invasive pythons in the Everglades. But removal is only the first step. Turning these hides into a usable material requires a highly specialized supply chain—from documentation and transport to tanning, grading, cutting, and bootmaking. By creating demand for the resulting leather, Tecovas is helping generate additional value around removal efforts while transforming an ecological problem into something useful. Huge thanks to Elle Barbeito and Ray Wylie Hubbard who partnered with us on our newest brand film “Wrong For A Place,” and bringing to life the role craftsmanship can play in a larger stewardship story. This summer, we're proud to be on the road with Ryan Bingham for his "Still Gettin' Away With It" tour, sharing in live music and good times. Our connection with Ryan began when we came together to bring our short film "Love Letter to Texas" to life, celebrating the iconic films and filmmakers of Texas. It only felt natural to weave in some of his own work—like the acoustic version of "Blue Skies" that Ryan's character Sam plays around a kitchen table. Ryan Bingham's music and identity as an artist are rooted in the same things we care about at Tecovas: craft, authenticity, and a deep respect for where one comes from. The partnership wrote itself, and we’re grateful for everything we’ve built together.

Good boots, great music, and one heck of a weekend. Last week, we teamed up with our friends at the Grand Ole Opry to kick off CMA Fest with our NextStage class, and Nashville showed up. Thank you to Alexandra Kay, Carter Faith, Emily Ann Roberts, Graham Barham, Tyler Braden, Willow Avalon, Charles Wesley Godwin, and Briley King for putting on a legendary show. At Tecovas, we believe what you wear shapes how you show up, and craft has always been about more than what you can see. The right pair of boots changes how you carry yourself. Before the lights, before the crowd, before the first note — there's the ritual of becoming. The clothes. The character. The transformation. For Sierra Ferrell, stagewear isn't style. It's armor. A way to step into something larger than yourself. Introducing "You're on in Five," a new mini-documentary series we're proud to present, directed by Bobbi Rich and styled by Cathy Hahn. Each episode follows an artist from inspiration to performance — capturing the intention of the moments before curtain rise. Episode 1 featuring Sierra Ferrell is here: https://lnkd.in/gXfZpWfY

Our inaugural Heritage Week may be over, but the celebrations don’t have to be. This week-long celebration was rooted in our Core Values — the heartbeat of what we do day in and day out at Tecovas. They guide how we show up for our customers, our brand, and each other, and they’re a big part of what gives this company lasting power. The Heritage Awards were built from peer nominations: stories of teammates who protected the brand, lifted others up, built something better, brought clarity, turned challenges into momentum, made the ride more fun, and led in a way that made everyone around them stronger. Congratulations to our 2026 Heritage Award winners: Christopher Naeger, “We strive to do what’s right” Emily Mawer MacDowell, “It takes each of us and all of us” Jessica Stilley, “We are trailblazers” Andi Gaspard, “Clear is kind” Amy Hunter, “Obstacles are opportunities” Currie Delsol, “Fun is fun” Samantha Fodrowski, "Excellence in Leadership" We also closed out the week in true Tecovas fashion: rolling up our sleeves for a day of service at Austin Pets Alive! Our team helped with laundry, dishes, sidewalk cleanup, puppy baths, and plenty of quality time with four-legged friends. Cheers to our winners, our team, and the start of a new Tecovas tradition.

One of our core values at Tecovas is "It Takes Each of Us and All of Us." It's a simple phrase that takes daily discipline to live out across every corner of our business, and it starts at the top. This week, our very own Krista Dalton was named to ADWEEK's 2026 Marketing Vanguard, recognized for being "Fiercely Human Amid Rapid Change." This recognition is a reminder that when leadership is genuinely invested in the people around them, not just the outcomes, it shapes the whole culture. https://lnkd.in/g3MfipuW
