Automechanika Frankfurt 2026 is in the books. And it left us with one clear conclusion: the European aftermarket is becoming more strategic. Over the past week, the TERREPOWER team held more than 150 pre-booked customer meetings, alongside countless additional conversations at our booth. Across those discussions, five themes consistently emerged: ✅ Remanufacturing is no longer a niche discussion. It is increasingly viewed as a strategic business solution. ✅ Customers are looking for broader portfolios that combine remanufactured products and new service parts from trusted partners. ✅ Supplier consolidation continues as distributors seek stronger, long-term partnerships. ✅ Availability, service, and technical support remain key differentiators in an increasingly competitive market. ✅ Despite all the technology, digitalisation, and data, relationships still drive business. Perhaps the most important takeaway is this: The future of the aftermarket is not about choosing between circularity and commercial performance. It's about delivering both. At TERREPOWER, we believe remanufacturing will continue to play a central role in keeping vehicles on the road.
