  • We’re proud to share that Therabody has been named one of TIME’s Top HealthTech Companies of 2026. For more than a decade, we’ve been challenging what wellness can look like, from how we recover to how we care for our bodies every day. We believe the next chapter of health will be more accessible, more personal, and more connected to everyday life, and we’re honored that TIME has recognized Therabody among the companies helping to lead the charge. • Big news. The TheraFace Depuffing Wand is officially an Allure Magazine Best of Beauty winner for the second year in a row, earning the 2026 Best Skin Device for Depuffing title. Here’s why it earned Allure’s stamp of approval: “The cooling setting is wayyyy more refreshing than a chilled spoon, depuffs more effectively, and feels doubly great during hot flashes. The warming setting, which is meant to encourage lymphatic drainage and circulation, is pure bliss after a long day.” From its first win in 2025 to the TheraFace Mask’s 2024 Best of Beauty award, we’re proud to see our beauty innovations continue earning a place among the best in the industry.

  • Last year, Josh Allen joined Therabody as our first-ever Performance Advisor, building on a relationship with our founder that spans more than a decade. Now in year two, we’re continuing that collaboration both on and off the field. Last week, we launched our new YouTube series, In the Lab with Josh Allen. In the series, Josh joins Dr. Jason Wersland and Chief Science Officer Tim Roberts in the Therabody Lab to talk products, performance, science and innovation.  Josh also shares some of his goals for this season, from performance on the field to balancing work and Dad life, and how recovery fits into the bigger picture. As Josh recently told Hearst Magazines' Men's Health, “Recovery has allowed me to stay as healthy as I have been over my career.” His Theragun has become a natural part of that routine: “I use my Theragun every single day as a warm-up so I can start throwing right away,” Allen says. “I use the gun on my rotator cuff, my pec, my biceps, my triceps and my traps, and it just gets things moving and firing in the right direction.” Josh’s perspective gives us a firsthand look at what athletes need, and his feedback continues to influence what we build next. Stay tuned for Episode 2. Check out Episode 1: https://lnkd.in/g8BGjTFX

From half court to the heart of the community, we're proud to have supported the inaugural USA Basketball Foundation x RX3 Foundation 3x3 Tournament. Basketball legends, Olympic champions and an incredible crowd came together to raise more than $1 million for 12 charities, and we brought JetBoots, CryoTherm Palm and more to the court. It was an incredible day of competition, connection and giving back, and we're honored to have been there with the athletes and community behind it. Until next year, RX3 Growth Partners. 🏀

Can the right recovery intervention at halftime help protect performance when it matters most? ⚽ As we’ve seen in the last few weeks, the difference between winning and losing often comes down to the final minutes, making the tools you equip yourself with at halftime as important as the decisions you make on the field.    That’s why we're excited to share the publication of a new peer-reviewed study in the Journal of Sports Science & Medicine. The study put 43 academy-level soccer players through a simulated match and compared three Therabody recovery technologies: Theragun Pro, PowerDot and JetBoots, against passive half-time rest.   The results were clear. All three Therabody products outperformed passive rest.  • Theragun Pro helped minimize performance drop-offs across sprint performance, skill execution, heart rate response and perceived recovery.  • PowerDot helped players maintain passing accuracy and composure under fatigue.  • JetBoots preserved sprint speed while delivering the strong improvements in perceived recovery.  A huge thank you to all who made this possible: Emily Munn, Tim Roberts, Robin Thorpe PhD, Rachelle Acitelli Reed, PhD, MS, ACSM-EP, Brendon Skinner     Read the full publication to explore the science behind these results.  https://lnkd.in/gfDrRRAd

Two years ago, we launched the Therabody research grant program to further our commitment to advancing science-backed recovery solutions. Research has always been at the core of how we innovate, and this program enables us to look beyond product development to explore how our technologies can help address the needs of different populations. Through this program, we partnered with researchers at the University of Michigan to explore how the Theragun Mini can support older women living with chronic pain.    The research found that women 65+ who followed a 6-minute daily Theragun routine for two months reported an 18% reduction in pain severity and a 24% reduction in pain interference.    This research shows that meaningful change doesn’t have to come from overhauling your routine. Simple, repeatable actions can help reduce pain severity and, over time, support more sustainable behavior change. Learn more on our blog: https://lnkd.in/gQmbWV8m

Over the weekend we introduced our CryoTherm Palm device, a new category of thermoregulation technology designed to help athletes manage heat, delay fatigue and sustain intensity when it matters most. As athletes prepare to compete through the demands of summer competition, heat management is becoming an increasingly important part of the performance equation. As temperatures climb, so does core body heat, slowing athletes down when they need to perform most.  Enter CryoTherm Palm, which helps athletes push harder for longer. By cooling the palms during halftime, timeouts and water breaks, players can: • Feel 60% cooler   • Increase top speed by 2.45%   • Reduce sprint velocity drop-off by 4.7%     That's why leading teams, including England's national football team, have incorporated CryoTherm Palm into their pre-tournament preparations, using the device throughout training camp ahead of the upcoming matches. At Therabody, the science has always been the difference. CryoTherm Palm is no exception, which is why this is the only palm cooling device validated in two controlled studies: one with Division I athletes at University of Southern California focused on strength performance, and another with elite soccer players at IMG Academy performing repeated sprint efforts, as highlighted by Robin Thorpe PhD.   As the demands on athletes grow, so must the technology behind them. CryoTherm Palm is our latest step forward in performance innovation, so athletes everywhere can keep pushing harder. At the highest levels of sport, performance is about more than race day. It’s about the habits, recovery, mindset, and consistency built long before the starting line. That’s the focus of The Distance — a new series created in partnership with Therabody following IMG Academy Track and Field’s girls 4x800 relay team through the demands of an elite track season. From early morning training sessions to high-pressure competition, the series highlights the discipline and resilience required to compete at a national level. At IMG Academy, we believe developing student-athletes means investing in every part of performance — physically, mentally, and emotionally. The Distance offers a behind-the-scenes look at what that journey truly requires and the people who help make it possible. Check out our Founder, Dr. Jason Wersland, on the Los Angeles Times Live + Well podcast discussing why recovery should happen before, during, and after movement, not just when you're sore. It's a perfect listen if you're gearing up for an active Memorial Day weekend and want to move and recover better. https://lnkd.in/gJeFuXix

I assumed higher was better, I was wrong. When I built the first Theragun, I turned the dial straight to 10. Too aggressive. Almost irritating, what I now call a “noxious stimulus.” So I started experimenting on myself. Eyes closed, focused on what my body was telling me. Then I’d open my eyes to see where the dial landed. Every single time: around 4. Years later, an engineer and I measured it. 40 hertz. That moment felt bigger than me. Like the universe saying, pay attention. What started as solving my own problem led me toward scientific principles I hadn’t even fully understood yet. And 40 hertz remains foundational to every Theragun we create today. Breakthroughs don’t come from having all the answers. They come from staying curious enough to keep listening — to the science, and to your own body.
