We wish Julie Sementa many congratulations, in her new role as Vice President of Data and Analytics at Torticity. Julie has provided strategic leadership across business intelligence and analytics engineering, shaping the vision and infrastructure that power the company’s data-driven growth. Julie works in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure analytics not only informs decisions but actively accelerates performance across the organization. Since joining Torticity, Julie has been instrumental in elevating the company’s analytics capabilities. She has led the transformation of reporting through automation, strengthened data governance and security frameworks, standardized dashboards across verticals, and introduced KPI structures that bring clarity, alignment, and accountability to the business. The work of the data team has streamlined workflows and strengthened confidence in the company’s performance insights. We are very excited about this milestone in her career journey at Torticity!

We wish Chava Sobreyra many congratulations, in his new role as Vice President of Engineering at Torticity. In his new role, Chava leads the engineering organization with a focus on operational excellence, scalable architecture, and disciplined delivery. Working closely with executive and product leadership, Chava ensures the company’s technology platform not only supports the business, but actively drives its evolution. Since joining Torticity in 2020, Chava has built and scaled the engineering team while elevating standards across execution and accountability. He has played a central role in designing and refining the engineering interview process, strengthening the organization with high-ownership engineers aligned to a culture of empowered product teams. Under his leadership, engineering operates with clear ownership, tight feedback loops, and a bias toward shipping durable, high-impact solutions. Chava led the development of Torticity’s core platform, including DockIt, CaseWise, and Brief, and has been instrumental in advancing an AI-first development strategy across the organization. While focused on building strong teams, he remains deeply engaged in the technical details, partnering on architecture, guiding system design, and navigating the nuanced tradeoffs required to build resilient, scalable systems. We are excited about this milestone in his leadership journey at Torticity.
