“Wow. Again. And like never before. Transformative Wealth’s Family Office Gathering and Transformative Impact Summit were extraordinary.” Last week’s events were powerful. Important themes kept popping up, including: Relationality and the need to honour local intelligence; The need to honour, trust, and FUND the invisible - the weavers, the capacity builders, the visionaries; The need for impact and systems change infrastructure; Systems change must be rooted in care for people; The need for storytelling, communications, and marketing infrastructure; That outer systems change starts with inner systems change, but both must be undertaken concurrently; The need to invest not only in infrastructure for impact, but for life itself. But above all, a distinct spirit of willingness, even eagerness to break out of titles, roles, and structures, in order to find new ways to connect, collaborate, and co-invest in what matters and in each other.
