Tri-CAP is looking for a Volunteer Driver Manager! We are seeking a dedicated, mission-driven individual to join our team. If you are passionate about serving your community, supporting others, and leading with purpose, we want to meet you! As our Volunteer Driver Manager, you will coordinate, support and inspire our team of employees and volunteer drivers who help community members access essential services. This role requires a balance of leadership, strategy and heart. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right person who brings the right mindset and drive. We are looking to bring a servant leader who is adaptable, growth-minded, a strong problem solver, and is an analytical and critical thinker.
