This year’s theme, “Bridging Gaps by Reimagining Care,” explored innovative approaches to building stronger connections, expanding access to care, and meeting the diverse needs of our communities. This Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re celebrating the culture, perspectives, and contributions that continue to shape the work we do at Trilogy. Team Trilogy recently had the opportunity to attend the Latino Social Workers Organization Conference, connecting with fellow staff and professionals from organizations across the field. The conference provided an opportunity to share ideas, learn from others, and explore new ways to strengthen the culturally responsive support we provide to our Latine clients.
