    A few days ago, at #OnlyOnUber, we shared a set of updates aimed at one thing: making every day of earning with Uber a little easier, fairer, and safer. Here's what's new. 📦 Making every delivery easier: Clearer expectations before a request, with AI-generated summaries, more useful tools during a delivery like merchant and customer notes, and stronger protections for stats like on-time and cancellation rate. 🚗 Making every drive easier: New tools like Discover, Voice updates, and an enhanced Support experience to help drivers find earning opportunities and move through their day with less friction. 💰 Extra work should mean extra pay: Better recognizing the added time and effort when a trip changes, runs longer, or asks more of a driver. 🏆 Recognizing and rewarding your effort: More value through Uber Pro and Uber Eats Pro, new rewards, and more flexibility to move up tiers with trials and a points pass. 🛒 More ways to earn: New, flexible opportunities like tasks, returns, and shopping for customers. 🛡️ More safety and protection: Preventing inappropriate interactions, easier-to-understand policies, and updates to Record My Ride. Every one of these started as feedback from a driver or courier. Proud of the Uber team for shipping this fast! And more to come.

    We hosted our 5th annual Only on Uber event, live from Miami! Drivers and couriers joined us in person to hear how we’re evolving the experience of earning on Uber. I had the opportunity to share the amazing work our teams have done around the moments that matter most to drivers, like planning the day and tracking earnings. We’ve also worked on making the experience even easier and safer, so that drivers can stay focused on the road. I'm especially proud that all 40 products and improvements we announced — including voice assistant, real-time pay explainers, and enhanced support — came directly from listening to our users and acting on their feedback. A huge thank-you to the engineering teams who worked hard to bring these features to life and to every driver and courier who continues to shape the future of Uber. It was a pleasure sharing the stage with this incredible Uber leadership team: Dara Khosrowshahi, Sachin Kansal, Jairam Ranganathan, Joanne Smith, George Gordon.
