In honor of National Health Center Week, I had the privilege of spending the day at Vista Community Clinic ‘s Gary Center campus, connecting with families and sharing the many benefits of chiropractic care. A heartfelt thank you to the incredible Outreach Team for hosting me and for the amazing work you do every day to support the Orange County community. The Gary Center is so much more than a healthcare facility—offering services like a food pantry and a wide range of resources that truly make a difference for local families. One of my favorite parts of the day was talking with expectant moms about the benefits of prenatal chiropractic care and how a healthy, well-functioning spine can support comfort, mobility, and overall wellness throughout pregnancy. It’s always an honor to help educate our communities about the important role chiropractic care can play in whole-person health.
