  • "Which one's the latest version?" 🤔 might be the most expensive question in marketing ops. A shared drive doesn't make a source of truth. Trust does ✅ and trust comes from someone owning it. Someone who is responsible for maintenance: naming files consistently, marking what's live versus what's dead, clearing the archive on a schedule. AI will happily generate the fifteenth version of a headline in seconds, but it won't tell your team which one shipped. Curious how true your 'source of truth' really is? 👀 Swipe for the five checks. 👉 #MarketingOperations #TechMarketing #WorkflowDesign

  • A launch can go exactly as planned and still lose momentum afterward. 📉 The campaign goes live on time. Every asset is delivered. Then the early signals come in: sales isn’t using the materials, customers aren’t taking the next step, and follow-up is inconsistent. That’s why a strong launch plan should account for what happens after the work goes live: the action you want people to take, what could get in their way, what information will help, and who is responsible for following up. The answers may call for stronger sales talking points, a relevant customer example, or a more intentional follow-up plan. Launch day matters. What happens next determines whether the work gains traction. 🚀 #GoToMarket #MarketingOperations #ProductMarketing #ProgramManagement

  • Most marketing leaders are staring at two dashboards. 📊 One shows activity: content published, emails sent, campaigns live. The other shows outcomes: pipeline, revenue, conversion. 💰 But neither one answers the real question: can the team do this again next quarter without burning out? 🔥 In 15 years (60 quarters! 🤯) of working with marketing teams of every size, we've found a few questions that rarely get asked — but predict the next quarter better than any dashboard: ⏳ How long does a decision sit before someone makes it? 🔁 How many revision rounds before an asset ships? 🚧 How many days does a project sit blocked — and by what (or who)? 📅 How much of the quarter was planned vs. how much just... showed up? None of it shows up on a dashboard. And by the time it surfaces in the retro, you're already knee-deep in the next quarter, repeating the same pattern. 🔄 What questions should you be asking before your next quarter kicks off? 💬 #MarketingLeadership #MarketingOps

  • Recently, a Global Marketing Director client described Quantious as their reliable partner through "short-term firestorms" 🔥, resource gaps, and ongoing support. That means when priorities shift (and deadlines don't ⏰), we bring extra capacity they can plug in on demand — with little to no ramp-up time. Sometimes the need is immediate: get a high-priority project over the finish line. 🏁 Other times, it's steady operational support that keeps programs, processes, and deliverables moving. ⚙️ The right partner steps in fast, adapts to how your team works, and pivots as your needs change. Marketing doesn't run at one speed — neither should your support. ⚡ Need a partner who can keep pace? Let's talk: https://www.quantious.com/ #MarketingPartner #MarketingLeadership #TechMarketing

  • Ask someone in sales if they liked the deck and you'll probably get a quick yes, no, or “it was fine.” You'll learn much more by asking how they used it. When in the conversation did you pull it up? What did the buyer ask next? Which slides did you skip? What information was missing? Did you create anything yourself to support the conversation? Those answers show product marketers where the material is helping, where it is getting in the way, and how buyers are talking about their problems in real conversations. What is the most useful enablement feedback your sales team has given you? #SalesEnablement #ProductMarketing #VoiceOfSales

Kicking off Fast Company Innovation Fest in NYC with Tyra Banks! Actually, this is the second time I’ve been in the room with Tyra… Many, many years ago my daughter and I were guests on her show - not likely that she remembers this segment, but it was a pretty unforgettable moment for me (thankfully my daughter was too young to remember this!) My takeaway from today’s encounter with Tyra: “Different is better than better.” True then, true now. Keep being Too Much, Tyra!

  • A meeting can generate a perfect transcript and still leave the team unclear on what happens next. The most useful two minutes may be the ones right before everyone signs off. That’s when decisions become commitments: ✅ The decision 👤 The owner 📅 The deadline 🚧 Any potential blockers 📍 Where progress will be tracked We’ve learned that this quick check prevents a lot of avoidable back-and-forth. Fewer follow-up meetings, fewer searches through transcripts, and fewer tasks losing momentum between conversations. AI can capture what was said. The team still needs to confirm what happens next. What does your team make clear before a meeting ends? #MarketingOperations #TeamCollaboration #ProgramManagement

  • AI can get a first draft on the page instantly. But someone still has to know what the piece should accomplish, catch the claims that need a second look, and recognize when the tone feels off. In practice, AI is giving marketers less time with the blank page and more time to review, refine, and make decisions. But more often than not, those drafts are going live without a human staying close to the process and understanding the audience, the brand, and what good work looks like. How has AI changed the way your team spends its time? #AIMarketing #MarketingOperations #TechMarketing
