A commercial bathroom is more than a functional space. It’s a space designed for people. That idea became the foundation for this brand video we created for Bobrick, bringing their human-centered approach to restroom design to life through the details people see, hear, touch and experience. From strategy to storytelling, we loved bringing this idea to life with the Bobrick team. Take a look. 🎥

It was a pleasure hosting the Charlotte Marketing AI Exchange for the hands-on Claude workshop. Thanks for creating space for this kind of conversation, and to everyone who joined us ready to experiment and share what they're learning.
The technology is the floor. You are the ceiling. That was one of the lines that stuck with us after our hands-on Claude workshop with Buffeny Mccoy Kelly and Adam Bartimmo of Wray Ward. The session took a Left Brain + Right Brain approach to AI, bringing together the operational and creative sides of working with Claude. A few ideas sparked some great conversation: ✅ AI isn't a vending machine. The more thoughtful we are about what we give it and what we ask it to do, the better the work gets. ✅ Curate your context. More information isn't always better information. ✅ Think of AI as a co-creator. Bring your point of view, ideas, taste and judgment. Then keep refining the instructions as the work develops. ✅ Efficiency isn't effectiveness. AI can help us move faster, but faster isn't always the goal. Adam also introduced RI: Real Intelligence, a great reminder that humans bring something AI can't replace: our experience, judgment, creativity and perspective. Huge thanks to Buffy and Adam for sharing their approaches and giving our community plenty to think about and try. And thanks to everyone who showed up ready to experiment, ask questions and share what you're learning. That's what the Charlotte Marketing AI Exchange is all about. Real conversations about what's working, what's not, and what we're figuring out along the way. Photo credit and event sponsor: Gio Digital Media and John Ficarrotta

Around here, we’re pretty big fans of dogs. So naturally, we’re always looking for ways to help our furry friends. 🐶 Recently, our team collected empty prescription pill bottles to donate to the Humane Society of Charlotte. Because HSC purchases medication in bulk, it can reuse the bottles to distribute medicine to animals in need. It’s a simple way to give something we no longer need a second life and help support animals in our community.

Creativity doesn't always happen while sitting at a desk or in a meeting room. Sometimes, teams need a chance to step away, recharge and simply have fun together. That's exactly what we did at this year's Wray Ward Summer Party, complete with live music from the Interstate Daydrinkers, karaoke and an epic lipsync battle. ☀️ 🎤 🕺 😎 We're proud of the work we do, but we're especially grateful for the people we get to do it with.

"Data alone doesn’t build an emotional connection to a home, and algorithms don’t dream up living spaces." In our latest article, Jenn Hausman, Wray Ward's executive director of integrated media, breaks down why creative has officially become the new targeting, how to bridge the gap between data and art, and why balancing “IQ + EQ” is the real secret sauce for building sector brands.
