We believe great work starts with great partners, and Juicebox is one of ours. One of the reasons we work with Juicebox is simple: they’re changing what recruiting technology can do. Juicebox is becoming an increasingly powerful all-in-one tech stack for recruiters, streamlining the time-consuming, behind-the-scenes parts of the search process so we can spend more time where it matters most: with people. For Wren Search, that means less time piecing together processes and more time having meaningful conversations with exceptional talent, understanding what motivates them, and building the relationships that lead to the right connections. Technology should make recruiting more human, not less. That’s why Juicebox is an important part of how we work.

Faces of Wren Lauren Fenech Wren Search Executive Recruiter Q: What was the moment you realized recruiting was the right career for you, and how has that shaped the way you work with candidates today? A: Recruiting wasn't part of my original career plan – it actually found me. Earlier in my career, I worked in employee benefits and met with the CEO of a boutique recruiting firm who had me take the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment. When the results came back, I was a 10 out of 10 match for the recruiter profile they had built. This made total sense: I love autonomy and genuinely enjoy connecting with people, I'm detail-oriented, and I know how to balance being outgoing and approachable while still being professional with clients and candidates. The CEO told me I'd be a great fit for recruiting, so I decided to take a chance. Nearly six years later, I can confidently say it was the right decision and truly feels like my calling. What I love most is getting to know candidates on a deeper level. It's not just about matching someone to a job description – it's about understanding what they're really looking for, what motivates them, and where they want to take their career. My job is to determine whether someone will be a long-term fit for my client, and that takes a lot of listening, asking the right questions, and digging beneath the surface.

Faces of Wren Jeannie Masciola Wren Search Executive Recruiter Q: What drew you to a career in recruiting with Wren Search? A: What drew me to recruiting was realizing how closely it aligns with the parts of sales that I’ve always enjoyed most -- building relationships, understanding people’s goals, and creating the right match between a need and a solution. Throughout my career in business development and account management, I’ve worked in highly relationship-driven industries where success wasn’t just about closing a sale. It was about listening, asking the right questions, understanding what clients were trying to accomplish, and delivering long-term value. Recruiting requires many of those same skills. I love that this specific role at Wren Search allows me to combine my sales experience with my industry knowledge to help both clients and candidates succeed. It’s rewarding to connect talented professionals with opportunities that can impact their careers -- while also helping organizations build strong teams. 🐦 Learn more about Jeannie and the rest of our flock here: https://lnkd.in/gG2nDJhm

One of the questions we’ve heard most since launching Wren Search is simple: “Why the wren?” Wrens are small, common birds. They’re easy to overlook. But the more you learn about them, the more remarkable they become. Despite their size, wrens are known for their extremely loud voices. They are resilient, resourceful, fiercely determined, and capable of making a lasting impact far beyond what anyone expects. That felt familiar. At Wren Search, we believe the best talent isn’t always the loudest, most obvious choice. Sometimes, it’s the overlooked leader, the hidden gem, or the person quietly creating extraordinary results behind the scenes. Like the wren, we believe impact isn’t measured by size – it’s measured by influence. And that’s why we chose the wren. #WrenSearch #CommercialFurniture #ExecutiveSearch #ContractFurniture #BuiltEnvironment

Over the past two days, the Wren Search team had the opportunity to meet with so many talented leaders, innovators, and friends at #NeoCon2026. It was great to reconnect with familiar faces, build new relationships, and hear firsthand about the ideas shaping the future of the industry. But this year felt especially meaningful because it marked Wren Search’s debut at NeoCon. Launching a new firm is exciting in its own right, but being welcomed so warmly by this community made the experience even more memorable. We leave Chicago feeling inspired and energized about what’s ahead. Thanks to everyone who took the time to meet us, share your story, and learn about ours. We look forward to continuing the conversations we started this week, and for those of you we haven’t had the chance to meet yet, let's connect. www.wrensearch.com. #WrenSearch #CommercialFurniture #ExecutiveSearch #ContractFurniture #BuiltEnvironment
