  • Ten years ago today, Zurich cut the ribbon for our new U.S. headquarters, one of the most distinctive and sustainable corporate campuses in the country. As Zurich Center marks its 10th anniversary, the campus stands as a testament to the power of adaptability, innovation and great partnerships: Clayco Inc., the original design-builder for the project, JLL and others involved with the original project remain great partners of ours today. Since opening in 2016, the award-winning headquarters has evolved alongside changing business needs. Most recently, the property was transformed into a fully occupied multi-tenant campus that preserves a best-in-class workplace experience while supporting long-term operational efficiency. The campus also reflects Zurich's ongoing commitment to sustainability, including water reuse initiatives, composting programs and expanded electric vehicle charging infrastructure. As Zurich U.S. continues to evolve, Zurich Center remains a powerful symbol of our commitment to helping customers, employees and communities meet tomorrow prepared. • Congratulations, Class of 2026! This week, we're celebrating 43 graduates of Zurich's Apprenticeship Program, who have spent the past two years balancing college coursework with hands-on experience across our business while building skills in areas ranging from claims and underwriting to technology and operations. As Zurich marks 10 years of apprenticeship, this year's graduates are the latest example of how the program helps create pathways into meaningful careers while connecting education with real world experience. Congratulations to the Class of 2026 and all those who have helped support the program over the past decade.
