Over the past week, several notable acquisitions have taken place. Here’s a quick roundup... mPulse (Los Angeles, CA) acquired Clarity Software Solutions, Inc. Solutions, boosting capabilities in health care and document management. Fullcast (Salt Lake City, UT) made two strategic moves, acquiring Atrium (Acquired by Fullcast) and Ebsta (now part of Fullcast), strengthening its SaaS and enterprise software portfolio. CrowdStrike (Sunnyvale, CA) picked up Onum, enhancing its cloud computing and data management offerings. Uniphore (Palo Alto, CA) doubled down on AI, acquiring both Autonom8 Inc. and Orby AI - A Uniphore Company AI to bolster its AI and machine learning capabilities. Avanade (Seattle, WA) acquired Total eBiz Solutions, adding depth to its IT and software services. UserEvidence (Jackson, WY) brought Zealot into the fold, focusing on enterprise SaaS. How AI Practice Calls Helped Us Double Our Opt-In Rate   At Demand Accelerator Services, LLC, we recently partnered with Oasis Marketing Solutions, LLC to drive opt-ins to our GTM Readiness Calculator—a lead magnet designed to help companies assess whether they’re ready to scale demand generation efficiently and effectively.   As part of the campaign, we used Koncert as our sales engagement platform. Their team, including Victoria Gagnon, invited us to test a new feature called AI Pitch Lab, which allows reps to practice calls with AI agents that mimic real prospects, complete with varying levels of difficulty and objections.   It took me less than an hour to clone a template and build a persona tailored to our GTM Calculator outreach. After just three practice sessions, our BDR saw a jump from 3–5 opt-ins per week to 10 high-quality warm leads weekly.   Even better, the AI-generated call summaries gave us deep insight into how prospects were responding, which helped us refine messaging and adjust our Q4 campaign strategy.    Huge thanks to Kathleen Allen and the Oasis team for helping us drive momentum!   Takeaway: AI isn’t just for automation—it’s a powerful tool for sales enablement and campaign intelligence. Practice, feedback, and iteration are the new competitive edge.
