I was part of a team of 60 chefs cooking over 60k meals a day to feed the Ukrainian Refugees in Poland on the Ukraine border.
February 2025 - I had the pleasure of receiving The George Washington Honor Medal from the Founding Foward Organization.

Team Hawaii is the 2016 World Food Seafood Champ
World Food Championships
Team Hawaii members Chef Moretti, Chef James and Chef Roc competed in the World Food Championships in Orange Beach Alabama, November 2016. This is the largest cooking competition in the world. 430 teams from around the world, 1500 chefs all going for over $300,000 in prize money in 9 Categories. Team Hawaii won the Seafood Category and placed 2nd overall missing 1st place by a 1/4 of a point. Don't miss being part of next years competition. For more information contact Chef Roc.
