Jennifer Filzen shared thisIf your website isn't generating leads, getting more people to visit it isn't always the first thing I'd look at. I'd start by asking two questions: Are the right people finding you? And when they do find you, are you making it easy for them to take the next step? Your website needs to do more than exist. It should answer the questions your customers are asking, demonstrate that you understand their problem, build trust in your company, and make contacting you easy. One simple exercise I recommend is the 10-second test. Open your homepage and imagine you've never seen it before. Can you immediately tell what the company does and how to contact them? If not, that's a good place to start.
