“I was lucky enough to work with Karl when I was just learning to be a software developer. Karl was a great mentor and I really appreciated being able to learn from him because he did everything the way it should be done. Even outside of coding Karl was a great example of how to deal with clients. His confidence gained their trust, which allowed us to have a great working relationships. Unlike most people who are very detail oriented, Karl also manages to be very efficient. He is very good at estimating work and delivering on his approximations. Technically Karl is as sound as anyone I have ever worked with. I honestly can not recall a single time where I came to him with a question and he was not able to help me out. If I ever moved back to Colorado, Karl would be one of the first people I would want to work with. He's a fun guy to meet up with for happy hour, and as long as you don't check in bad code that breaks the build he is great to have around the office.”
