Wain Kellum shared thisMy favorite work experience is watching software companies get past product market fit and start to build real differentiation and enter a period of rapid growth. Adam and the team are building something really special at Voxie. It is a great deal of fun to watch them go.Wain Kellum shared thisWhen I became CEO of Voxie, I set out to do two things: 1. Build a company that delivers real, measurable impact for our customers. 2. Create a place where people genuinely love to work. This year, those two ambitions were recognized in ways I’ll never forget: Inc. Best Places to Work: proof that our culture is as strong as our product. Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies: proof that our strategy and execution are driving real growth. Individually, each is a huge accomplishment. Together, they’re among the proudest milestones of my career. My personal goal is that Voxie becomes THE place my team compares every future opportunity to, where the bar for culture, growth, and impact is set. We love the #franchising community and have chosen to focus solely on being the best SMS provider built specifically for #franchises. It’s this clarity of purpose that fuels both our growth and our culture. To my team, thank you for bringing your best every day. To our customers, thank you for trusting us to be part of your journey. The best is still ahead!

Wain Kellum liked thisWain Kellum liked this🎓 Incredibly proud to announce that our inaugural 2026 TAAP cohort has officially graduated! Over 12 weeks, these four Transaction Analysts completed a fully immersive program — real scenarios, real deliverables, and the same expectations we hold for every analyst on our teams. No shortcuts. No hand-holding. All four have landed successfully on accounts and broker teams, and they are already doing the work. Watching this group grow, find their confidence, and show up ready has been one of the highlights of my career. To Alexandre Berrouet, Sarah Sullivan, Corey Huebner, and Shawn Lin — congratulations. The roads ahead are bright. 🌟 And to the CBRE leadership team, mentors, and field brokers who gave their time — thank you! 🙌 Here's to the Class of 2026. 🥂 #CBRE #TransactionManagement #TAAP #CommercialRealEstate #lizlovecre #NextGenTalent

I had the honor of working with these awesome leaders to develop pathway from 9th grade to bachelor’s degree completion, and yesterday I met Tony who started in our first Industrial Automation cohort. Six years later he already has his bachelor’s degree from BC and is working in the INDA field. Just incredible!! What a powerful reminder that no matter how crazy an idea seems or how many challenges get thrown in your way, creating innovative college access and advancement opportunities for our students is SO worth it!! Way to go Tony, Early College, and BCINDA!! California Community Colleges

Wain Kellum liked thisWain Kellum liked thisA year ago, I packed my car with an air mattress and as many clothes as I could fit to move into an apartment I had never seen before, two days before my official start date at Venture Music. These past 365 days have felt like several lifetimes (in a good way), so here are a few of the highlights: - Worked with 13 artists, with a median campaign length of 11+ months - Developed content generating over 190M impressions across channels - Had a whole lot of fun throwing out crazy ideas and figuring out how to make some version of them happen - Sent cold emails and DMs that turned into collaborations with major institutions and creators with seven-figure audiences - Spent a lot of time figuring out how to make content creation easier on artists, so they can spend more time creating what matters - Got scrappy working with what we already have. Backstage clips, old footage, random camera roll finds, and quick reactions to what’s happening online have turned into some of our strongest-performing posts - Haven’t been shy about how much I love The Righteous Brothers, and had the immense honor of helping bring their legacy into the social space. In our first three months, we grew their Instagram by ~30%, launched their TikTok and YouTube pages, and secured verification across TikTok and Meta, an important step in helping protect their fans from impersonation accounts - Had the honor of photographing Bonnaroo, which has been at the top of my photography bucket list for a while - Experienced more “I can’t believe I get paid to do this” moments than I can count Immensely grateful for the team(s) around me who support all my ideas, even when they don’t understand the niche internet references I was convinced were mainstream. Even more grateful to the artists and teams who have trusted me to help bring their art to more eyes and ears. Onto year two 🤘

Wain Kellum liked thisIf you run intake at a law firm, you know what a missed connection costs....it's not cheap! This is built for exactly that. A returning caller gets greeted by name, the contact updates itself, and the marketing source rides along into Lawmatics. Less busywork for the team, fewer leads lost in the shuffle.Wain Kellum liked thisNew integration alert! 🚨 CallRail + Lawmatics handles intake and data entry behind the scenes, so every call flows straight into your legal CRM. Here's what happens the moment a lead calls, texts, or submits a form: 📞 Voice Assist recognizes returning callers against your Lawmatics records in real time, greeting known leads by name from the very first hello. 🔁 CallRail creates or updates the contact automatically, saving your team time instead of adding to their busywork 📊 Every interaction becomes a Lawmatics contact with full marketing attribution attached Built for law firms who can't afford to lose the thread. Implementer vs. Integrator... They sound the same... but they each play very different (and critical) role inside companies running on EOS. If you're running on EOS or considering it, it's essential to understand the two powerful roles that drive traction and growth: the Implementer and the Integrator. ✔️ EOS Implementers are external coaches, teachers, and facilitators. They enter your business from the outside to implement the EOS Process purely. Their mission is to help your leadership team master a simple set of tools that creates clarity, accountability, and results. Think of them as your guide to building a strong foundation and gaining real Traction. ✔️ Integrators are internal leaders, often your COO or President, who live and breathe the day-to-day. They partner closely with the Visionary to integrate that big-picture thinking into every corner of the business. They align teams, manage priorities, and ensure execution across all departments. These roles are distinct. But when both are present and functioning in their unique abilities, the impact is extraordinary. That's when leadership teams fire on all cylinders and the company gains true Vision, Traction, and Healthy. Want to connect with an EOS Implementer? SaaS Sprawl rarely feels like a problem while it’s happening. A new team needs speed. A department adds a tool. Licenses expand “just in case.” Renewals roll forward to avoid disruption. Individually, these decisions make sense. Collectively, they create a quiet drain on innovation budgets. The issue isn’t SaaS adoption, it is the lack of visibility and intention behind recurring spend. When organizations can’t clearly see what they’re paying for, or why, it becomes harder to fund what’s next. #SaaSSprawl #TechnologyLeadership #CFO #CIO #ITStrategy #RecurringRevenue #ExecutivePerspective https://lnkd.in/eByWxmYB
