“I had the pleasure of reporting directly to Kim, and she is truly one of those people who makes even the most complex work feel seamless. Kim has an incredible depth of experience planning and executing events within the alternative investment industry. She can manage countless moving pieces at once, from vendors and venues to programming, timelines, and senior stakeholders, all while remaining incredibly personable and composed. What makes Kim particularly special is the warmth she brings to everything she does. She makes people feel immediately comfortable and has a natural ability to build relationships with executives, investors, colleagues, speakers, and vendors alike. Working for Kim was an absolute joy. I learned so much from her about producing exceptional events, staying calm under pressure, and leading with kindness. She has that rare combination of being exceptionally detail-oriented while never losing sight of the people and relationships that ultimately make an event successful. I would jump at the opportunity to work with Kim again and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any organization looking for an experienced events leader.”
