Lum talked about how CRS’s mediation and conciliation work would have helped with de-escalation of conflicts as protests and civil unrest in response to the federal government’s aggressive immigration enforcement work throughout the U.S. Thank you, Grande, for your incredibly effective advocacy, not only today, but throughout your service to the public, for peaceful mediation, conflict resolution, and alternative dispute resolution.

Twice a week I get dropped into an event and am paid to make a room of full grown adults scream like children. It's peak joy (for me, and hopefully for them). Update: I've been doing magic as a side hustle for most of my adult life, but this summer I basically asked myself: what if I went big for the rest of the year? Go full shock & awe dealer? Wonder merchant? Use my totally not evil ad powers to strategically de-position my magic competition? So consider this my long overdue announcement 1. Turns out I'm a magician who does strategy now (not the other way around). Insert alter ego Magic Mike Jacobson 2. I still want to take on a couple fun strategy projects yearly (starting next year) 3.
