Mike Machado shared thisHow many vendors does it take to run your building? If your answer is 'too many,' you're not alone. Between the scheduling, the invoices, and the follow-ups, managing vendors can feel like a full-time juggling act. City Wide gives you one point of contact for janitorial + 20 facility services — one call, one invoice, and a lot fewer balls in the air.

Mike Machado shared thisYour showroom sells the car before your team says a word. Dust on the glass, scuffs on the floor, a restroom that's seen better days — customers notice all of it. That's why dealerships across Sonoma County trust one call for janitorial + 20 facility services, so the floor always looks like the cars do.

Mike Machado posted thisOne question I ask facility managers: does your building look the same on Friday as it did on Monday? In busy facilities — distribution centers, medical offices, schools, dealerships — standards drift when you're juggling multiple vendors and nobody owns the whole picture. City Wide manages janitorial + 20 services under one contact, with quality checks that keep the standard the same, shift to shift. If that drift sounds familiar and you're in Sonoma County, I'm happy to walk your facility with you. #FacilityManagement #SonomaCounty #PropertyManagement

Unexpected repairs and deferred maintenance can make spending difficult to forecast. Scheduling maintenance and reviewing expenses regularly can help you build a more predictable plan. You cannot anticipate every repair, but you can budget for known needs and set aside funds for unexpected costs. Mike Machado posted thisIt's October, and Q4 is here! It's the final quarter and if your facility has a "I'll get to it later pile", now is the time to get ahead of it. At City Wide, we can take the stress of both planned and reactive maintenance off your hands. It is time to give those pesky jobs a check mark, and review what is and isn't working and get into the new year with a fresh start. If you have something on your facility to-do list, shoot me a message. I'd love to chat about it, and I'll bring the donuts! 707-241-5334

Mike Machado shared thisCommercial cleaning isn't a commodity — it's a standard. Most cleaning companies treat commercial as an add-on. We built our entire business around it. Offices, medical facilities, gyms, retail stores, factories, schools — each one has its own requirements, and we show up knowing the difference. No guesswork. No shortcuts. Just consistent, detail-oriented work that facility managers and business owners can count on. If your current cleaning service feels like a gamble, it shouldn't. Reach out for a no-obligation quote — we'll walk you through exactly what we'd do for your space.

The Bay really did show up for the Valkyries this season — what a fun way to spend time with customers, partners, and the team together. Great energy all season long.
