Tom Hayes shared thisI was honored to deliver the commencement address at my alma mater, the University of New Hampshire, this past weekend and to receive an honorary doctorate from the university that helped shape who I am. To the Class of 2026: Listen well, work hard, laugh often, and never lose sight of the people who ground you. Congratulations, Wildcats!

Tom Hayes shared thisDeciding to turn the page is never easy, especially when you work for such a purpose-driven, incredible organization. As I look ahead to my last day on March 2, 2026, it is clear the past 5 and a half years with Ocean Spray Cranberries have been some of the most rewarding of my career. I step down knowing the opportunities ahead will be met by a world-class team. Thank you to all the amazing team members at Ocean Spray, and the farmer-owners who are the heart of our cooperative. I may be retiring from “the CEO life,” but the next chapter of my journey will include business and civic activities—and of course being part of all New England has to offer. It has been a true honor. #gratitude

Tom Hayes shared thisSo fun!Tom Hayes shared thisWe’re officially bogged down with PopUp Bagels, in the very best way. Ocean Spray Cranberries limited-edition Cranberry Butter is now available in PopUp Bagel locations nationwide, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring this to life together. This partnership is a perfect example of how we Just Add Cran to elevate the everyday. A simple bagel becomes a cranberry-powered moment and a standard media drop turns into waders, a tiny traveling bog, and a whole lot of joy. What made this one stand out was the collaboration. PopUp didn’t just say “yes”; they leaned all the way in. From helping us bring our wild ideas to life to embracing every unexpected detail, they made this launch not only possible but memorable. Big shout out to Ardyn Solomon, Meghan Lally, Anna O'Keefe, Madeline Steinberg, Nathan Mundell And of course our internal team and agency who really waded in to make this happen! Christina Gentili, Eliza Sadler, Shanna Polesovsky, Amanda Davis, Kelvin Vuong, Caitlin Shortell, Hillary Therriault, Jessica Carroll, Grace Coriell, Alba Rosales, Christopher McNamara, Current Global, Charles Morrill, Trinh Le. From the bog to the bagel and everything in between, here’s to unexpected ideas, great partners, and many more moments to Just Add Cran ahead.

Tom Hayes shared thisFor over 95 years, Ocean Spray has celebrated what makes cranberries special, authentic, bold, and a little unexpected. This holiday, we’re taking that spirit to a new level. Just Add Cran. Beware of Cranpus with the cranberry’s mischievous defender being played by Bryan Cranston! Tom Hayes shared thisHard to believe that five years ago yesterday a global cranberry cultural moment was born! At a time when good vibes were deeply needed, the #cranberrydreams craze took off. It was only right that I also hopped on the skateboarding craze. We’ve done so many wonderful things as a brand and a cooperative since, and I cannot wait for what's to come for Ocean Spray Cranberries! #marketing #viral #cooperative

Tom Hayes liked thisTom Hayes liked thisOne of the best things about CHS Inc. is the commitment we have to giving back. I'm privileged to be the Executive Sponsor of the CHS Inc. 2026 Giving Campaign and to see firsthand the generous spirit of our people. This year, we are on track to raise well over $1 million for charitable causes through the generosity of our employees and the company match. I have been inspired by the passion and hard work of our many volunteers who make it all possible. Today was a highlight as we kicked-off our annual golf tournament with 36 teams and 144 participants. We were blessed with perfect weather, plenty of fun and the opportunity to build relationships while also making a difference in the communities where we live and work. #CHSproud

Like virtually all Canadians, my family has been impacted by cancer. I have seen first-hand the world-class treatment and care at Princess Margaret Cancer Centre, and the exceptional team of people behind it. We’re living in an extraordinary era. Experts are calling this the “golden age,” of cancer research, driven by major leaps in artificial intelligence, immunotherapy, early detection, and personalized cancer vaccines. We have an incredible opportunity to accelerate that progress through an ambitious $2.5 billion campaign to support more breakthroughs in cancer research, education, and care. Tomorrow is counting on us. That’s why I’m calling on all of you to join me in our mission to create a world free from the fear of cancer. Learn more and donate at CARRYTHEFIRE.CA

Tom Hayes liked thisTom Hayes liked thisBeing a good community partner is core to who we are at Canada Packers. Last Friday, we officially opened the Canada Packers Sports Complex in the City of Brandon, Manitoba, alongside MP Ginette Lavack, Manitoba Minister Glen Simard, Brandon Mayor Jeff Fawcett and the many partners who brought this project to life. We've been part of Brandon since 1999. Today our plant is home to more than 2,300 Team Members from more than 35 nations, and we're one of the largest employers in the Westman region. The complex has room for everything from kids' soccer games to full-sized matches on a professional-calibre field, plus a cricket pitch and 3.6 km of pathways. In November 2027, it will host the national college men's soccer championship - a first for Brandon. "When a community invests in its people, we want to be right there beside it," said Rob Ackerblade, Director of Operations. This is one of many ways we invest in the communities we’re proud to call home. Congratulations, Brandon. Let's play!

Life sciences employment in New Hampshire has grown 24% since 2019, and UNH is keeping that momentum going by increasing the number of graduates prepared for life sciences careers, expanding our research capacity, and building deeper partnerships with companies across the state. Thanks to Andrea Hechavarria and NH Life Sciences for bringing so many people together today and to Dean Zioze for moderating a fun discussion. I’m excited about what we can continue to build here in New Hampshire!

Tom Hayes liked thisAfter thirteen years as CFO at Glanbia, I’ve decided the time is right to step down next spring. It has been a privilege to serve Glanbia’s shareholders, board and people through a period of real transformation. I’m proud of what we’ve achieved together and of the strong financial foundation the Group stands on today. The most rewarding part though, has been the people - I am incredibly thankful for the trust placed in me and for the exceptional colleagues (current as well as former) I’ve had the pleasure of working with and learning from. I’m also delighted to congratulate Wendy Chang Smith on her appointment as Glanbia’s CFO Designate. Having worked closely with Wendy for a number of years, I know the Group’s finances will be in excellent hands — she brings a strong combination of deep finance experience as well as digital and transformation expertise. I wish Wendy every success in her new role. Plenty still to do between now and April – I look forward to working closely with Wendy in the coming months to ensure a smooth transition and to planning the next chapter in due course.Tom Hayes liked thisGlanbia today announces that Wendy Chang Smith has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer Designate. I would also like to warmly thank Mark for his outstanding leadership and significant contribution to Glanbia over the past thirteen years. He has led the financial stewardship of the Group through a period of significant change with a strong focus on disciplined capital allocation and cash generation that has enabled Glanbia to invest in growth and deliver strong returns to our shareholders. I’m looking forward to joining Drew Panayiotou from Keurig Dr Pepper and Sarah Liang Kress from L'Oréal USA for our panel, "The New Value Exchange: Winning Consumers in the Age of AI." Consumers generate immense value daily, but receive little in return. I’ll be discussing how Fetch uses AI to return that value directly to consumers through better rewards and brand partnerships. #FCFestival

We had a great time at the Arkade BiteSized session focused on The Future of Protein Supply Chains I appreciate Kathryn Carlisle along with Matthew Paul and Spring Capital for bringing together such a strong group of operators. A few takeaways that stuck with me: • Protein supply chains are incredibly complex and understanding them is becoming table stakes across all roles of organizations • Northwest Arkansas continues to stand out with the real density of talent and shared understanding here • AI is everywhere, but trust and verification will separate real impact from noise • High protein, clean label, and health-focused consumption aren’t trends, they’re the direction With two chapters of my career in the protein business, it’s always interesting to see how much evolves, while the core challenges stay the same. Well done to everyone involved, this is a room worth being in. #SupplyChain #BiteSized #MiniConference

Molson Coors Beverage Company owner of Coors Light and Miller Lite, announced plans to cut 400 jobs across its Americas division by December 2025. CEO Rahul Goyal emphasized making bolder decisions to win with customers and return to profit growth. The company expects severance costs of £26m to £37m in Q4. Heineken has also announced job cuts amid similar restructuring efforts. #MolsonCoors #JobCuts #FMCG #Restructuring #BeverageIndustry

Four players now own two-thirds of U.S. wine & spirits wholesale revenue and consolidation will continue well into 2027. For suppliers, the real issue now is attention. The bigger and more automated national distributors get, the thinner local execution and dedicated resources stretch. That's the opening for mid-sized, regionally-focused wholesalers like us. At Handcrafted Wine & Spirits, we distribute in five states (OR/OK/KS/MO/NE) with local leadership and attention, not a shared layer spread thin across a national footprint. As the graphic states, distribution isn't the scarce resource. Attention is. #WineAndSpirits #Distribution #BevAlc

While headlines talk about closures and consolidation, Elkton Brewing Co. is celebrating six years in business. That framing matters. Six years in today’s beer market isn’t accidental. It means: • Surviving post-boom correction • Navigating COVID disruption • Adapting to shifting consumer habits • Competing in a tighter shelf environment Longevity in 2026 signals operational discipline. Beer hasn’t disappeared. It’s localized. The brands that endure tend to: • Lean into community identity • Strengthen taproom economics • Control costs • Stay agile in style and pacing Six years used to feel like early stage. Now it’s proof of durability. But here’s the bigger takeaway: In a compression cycle, regional strength beats national ambition. Not every brewery needs to scale. Some just need to anchor. This isn’t just a celebration post. It’s a reminder that survival in this market is strategic. #BeverageIndustry #CraftBeer #Distribution #Hospitality #AlcoholMarkets
