“I had the opportunity (and I don't choose that word lightly) to work with Ty at Edge by Ascential and I can wholeheartedly say that I would recommend Ty as the kind of employee you would be lucky to have on your team. At first, Ty and I worked closely but on separate teams, and during this period of time, it became clear that Ty is the kind of person that wants to make a difference in his place of work. He was constantly looking for what he could do to deliver results and wasn't overly concerned about the optics of it either, it's just how he is made. Later on, I had the pleasure of stepping in as Ty's line manager, and this is where I discovered what really sets Ty apart - his resilience. Ty's job description drastically changed when he was working on my team and not once did I see him back down to the challenge. He truly took the situation by the horns and turned what some would call a roadblock into a new opportunity. He capitalized on his natural strengths (strategic thinking, organization, and the ability to project manage) and used them to developed new skills that helped him achieve the goals put before him. On top of all that, he is a complete pleasure to work with and is one of the most positive employees I have ever had. I said it at the beginning but it bears repeating, I happily recommend Ty to anyone lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with him and I hope I am lucky enough to have our paths cross again in the future. ”
