Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
What You'll Do
Create positive, personalized experiences for customers at every interaction.
Serve as the first point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and service needs.
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Support operational and sales initiatives that drive location performance.
Act as a customer experience champion by monitoring guest feedback and identifying opportunities to improve service.
Partner with leadership and team members to create a culture of hospitality, accountability, and excellence.
Provide guidance and support to colleagues to help enhance the customer experience.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in operations, sales, hospitality, retail, travel, or related industries.
Rental car industry experience is a plus but not required.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills.
A positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment.
