The Role

  • Develop and refine high-quality SQL solutions for operational reporting and data delivery
  • Produce scheduled and on-demand reports and data extracts for key departments
  • Investigate and resolve data integrity issues, developing scripts for accuracy improvements
  • Support system integrations by monitoring exceptions and reconciling records
  • Ensure timely and reliable delivery of data for regulatory, state, federal, and leadership reporting
  • Apply access controls and permissions, handling sensitive information in line with privacy standards

What You'll Need

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL in database development
  • Proven ability to write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
  • Experience building reports, extracts, and ETL-related processes for data movement and analysis
  • Strong understanding of data quality practices, including identifying and resolving integrity issues
  • Familiarity with database security concepts, access management, and sensitive data handling
  • Ability to create clear technical documentation for code, reporting logic, and operational procedures
