Prospective Employees: Experienced attorneys with a strong background in family law. Strong preference for a full-time employee hire, but a part-time employee or an attorney for an "Of Counsel" arrangement is also sought. A newly admitted attorney without any law firm, internship, or clerking experience would not be considered.


Compensation

This depends on the structure of the engagement and each attorney's skills and experience. Compensation for a very experienced full-time senior associate will be in the range of $275,000 annually. All compensation is in line with the San Francisco Bay area family law firms.

Qualifications

  • Active California Bar license in good standing.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Strong courtroom advocacy, negotiation, and client counseling abilities, including in high-conflict situations.
  • Commitment to ethical practice, professionalism, civility, and collaborative work within a team environment.
  • Prior family law experience in a law firm or legal services setting preferred.
