Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Associate with an investment banking or consulting background to join our team and work directly with the VP Finance in close proximity to the COO and CEO to scale the business efficiently. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations, building financial models, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving analytical rigor across the organization. This is a high-visibility position with significant exposure to executive decision-making and a steep growth trajectory. A background in healthcare is not required, but intellectual curiosity and a passion for our mission are essential. This is a NYC based position, with the opportunity for a hybrid working schedule.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the company's financial model, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and variance tracking
• Build analyses and presentations to support fundraising, board meetings, and strategic planning
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, RevOps, Clinical, and Member Experience) to develop KPIs and enable data-driven decision-making
• Lead annual strategic planning and budgeting in close partnership with the VP Finance and the executive leadership team
• Own accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clean financial records
• Support business development and strategic partnership initiatives, including financial diligence and deal structuring
• Drive operational improvements by designing workflows that optimize financial and operational performance
• Prepare ad hoc analyses for the executive team on emerging opportunities, competitive dynamics, and market trends
• Leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and impact across Finance workstreams
  
  

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a finance position at technology startup
• Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; comfort working with large data sets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into clear, actionable insights
• Detail-oriented with a high bar for accuracy and quality of work product
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels of seniority
• Receptive to coaching and feedback; eager to learn and grow
• Bachelor's degree required; familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus

Salary range is $115,000 to $140,00 plus bonus depending on experience.
