Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including administering HR policies, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation. The specialist will help manage employee benefits programs, coordinate personnel actions, and ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations. Daily tasks include responding to HR inquiries, supporting performance management processes, and assisting with training and development initiatives. The role also contributes to employee engagement activities and partners with managers to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.


Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR), including familiarity with core HR functions and practices.
  • Experience in HR Management and Personnel Management, with the ability to support staffing, performance, and employee relations activities.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures, with attention to regulatory compliance and internal policy adherence.
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with ADP systems and Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous HR experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or technology environment is beneficial.
