Salary range: $85K - 100K

Bonus: 10% annual

Hybrid 3 days in office

We're partnering with a leading and fast-growing, large manufacturing organization to identify an Internal/External Communications Specialist who will help drive both internal and external communications, promotional initiatives, and brand messaging across the business. This is a newly created, broad-scope role is on a growing and developing team. What You'll Do:

• Develop marketing and communications content across multiple parts of the business
• Support internal and external communication initiatives
• Assist with promotional campaigns, events, and marketing projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Help bring products, people, and company stories to life

What We're Looking For:

• Experience at a PR agency highly preferred
• Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field
