What you’ll do on the job
As a Lead Client Success Manager, you'll travel to local client sites and liaise with companies across the country. You will be responsible for sourcing, emailing, texting, calling, and qualifying leads in an effort to develop new B2B relationships. Over time, our goal is for you to lead the charge as we build a Sales team around you.
Your ability to foster valuable discovery conversations and grow relationships with key stakeholders in target markets will be instrumental to success. You will gain continued education on a variety of skill sets and consult with our clients on data pertaining to hiring trends, pay rates, technology trends, and many other disciplines.
What you’ll need
5+ Years of professional experience in Client Success and Business Development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for negotiation.
A heightened sense of urgency and desire to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
A problem-solving mindset and ability to align the interests of diverse groups of people.
Adept organizational skills with a penchant for identifying areas for improved efficiency.

What will help you on the job
Prior experience leading a team of Client Success Managers/Business Development Representatives in an agency setting.
Professional experience defining technical requirements across a variety of skill sets (Software Engineering, Project Management, Data Engineering, and many others).
Demonstrated excellence leading Sales teams in revenue generation, new client adoption, and client success.
A history of successfully sourcing leads and clients while maintaining a diverse book of business.
